I really waited 2 weeks before giving this review. My wife wanted to give this car a chance and allow the dealership to fix various items I had noticed when I drove 2.5 hours to go see it. I had originally left disappointed, but because of the unique color combo, we were open to try again. After 2-3 weeks of calls, texts, they brought it to us (yes, thank you) and showed us the car again. The brake fluid was still dark, way overfilled. The front bumper was still damaged, which they could have easily noticed and fixed beforehand. Engine ticking sound was the deal breaker. Such a waste of time for them and us! Dealt with Haddy, which was very nice over the phone and in person, but couldn't deliver on any of the things he promised. Sometimes would leave us hanging after promising "I'll get to that the next morning." Alex - the Finance manager and Emmanuel, said everything was fixed - nope! The check was cut, ready to buy, but we had to say no. Such a disappointing experience.

Took forever to get back to me, then ghosted after I asked to share some basic information like owner history and any photos of vehicle imperfections.

The agent was friendly. He also gave a full description of the car, mileage and conditions. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

I called them because I did not hear from them then someone else contacted me after I spoke to a rude and unpleasant person. The sales person was not helpful at all and kinda shut me off as soon as I told him my financial status. I don't want to deal with them again.

Great communication, response time was very fast, phone calls a plenty. Once I looked at the car in person, everything changed. Sales rep. mentioned great things about the car, but I noticed body work and rear bumper damage as well as overspray areas. Then more issues came up. Dealer said car was mechanically sound, but was waiting on new tensioner for the timing belt pulley to arrive because the one in the car was bad. I mentioned that the price was a bit higher than what it was worth and the sales rep. told me to go look somewhere else then.

Very nice and friendly staff. They go out of their way to assist you. I will buy from them again.

Was able to get a quick overview of the feature. Ended up going and checking it out, but fell in love with another vehicle at the lot. Salesmen were all awesome and catered to be the best they could which was more than enough.

Dealer was very pushy on selling the vehicle. The finance manager was trying to run my credit record before even asking me. Even after I told them I already been financed by a bank. When I told him I do not want my credit run the finance manager was quick to dismiss me.
