Mr. Trevino was given over a week of opportunity to purchase the 2006 Chevrolet Colorado at the original sale price, but he did not have the money to purchase it. He explicitly said he needed to sell his vehicle first to secure enough funds. After failing to come through with funds, we adjusted the sale price to market as we do on all our pre-owned inventory on a regular basis. Sometimes prices get reduced. Sometimes the market justifies an increase. I hope this helps clarify our position.

Honest dealer.
Great experience. Everybody I talked to from Mark to our sales guy Adrian to the finance manager David was professional and personable. Never once did they pressure me or make me feel like they were trying to get one over on me. I got a great price on a great car and I do would purchase from them again. A great group of honest good guys!

Bait and switch...contacted them and they said if there are any other cars that I want to look at because this truck has been sold already... after that, it took them 4-5 more days to delete their posting.

Vince, I am sorry you feel this way but this is no bait and switch at Sames, we have been in business too long. Once a vehicle is sold it takes about 4 to 5 days to remove it from the internet. First, it goes to finance to get approved, this can take several days or a week, get all paperwork signed, then to the back office to be processed (contacts, title work, etc.) and once it is marked sold in the DMS, it feeds to our internet hud, and then it takes it off all sites. I asked 2-3 times to see a carfax and he just kept asking when I was coming in to test drive the truck. Very frustrating.

Dealer responded quickly to my request for information. We set up an appointment to go see the vehicle. When we got there to see it, they did not have the keys available (knowing we were coming in to look at it). They said a technician who was gone for the day had them. We made an appointment to go back another when they were supposed to already have the keys for us. Messaged salesperson to make sure that they did have the keys ready for us to go see the car, only to get a response the next day that the car didn't pass inspection and had been wholesaled. Disappointed in the fact that our time was wasted. Why advertise a car that hasn't been inspected and may not even be sold to the public?

Started off good, dealer said they would
put some tires on because the ones on
the vehicle needed to be replaced. It’s
been two weeks and still haven’t heard
anything on the tires. They did take care
of a separate issue on the vehicle really
quick. Overall I’m pleased with the
services , if only I can get those tires
soon.

they advertised keyless entry but when i arrived they only had one key without the remote so every time you unlock the door alarm goes off until you start the car. they said they would not replace the other key.

years of service and Mark with internet sales
who called me right away when I did the
application on line through CarGurus. These
guys worked hard and he helped me get the car
my wife wanted and so many searches.I would

Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they "mispriced" the vehicle they had on the internet. Not sure if it was a tactic to get folks to contact them. I believe they should have honored the price advertised.

In the old days, before the internet we would issue a retraction but today all we can do is apologize. We price our vehicles to sale and if we could have earned your business at that price, believe me we would have. We have found we can always get another vehicle but not a customer.
