Very friendly and very helpful, I would recommend them. I ended up getting the car I wanted which is why I didn't buy from here, but was close to buying a car from this dealership.

they responded quickly. I didn't like the reply i received from the dealership when i asked about price negotiation, instead i got back a condescending reply. we bought the same care with less mile elsewhere.

Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and went beyond expectations to get things done.

Kyle called me back and i asked what was his best price. He said the list price. The vehicle is for my brother to make a car hauler and he happens to have a dealers license in Nebraska. We agreed to pay the full price and could wire the money that day. All of the sudden They say there is $2600 of work that needs to be done on the truck and don’t know when it will be ready for sale and they would call us back. They didn’t. I texted Kyle on Thursday and he said they sold the truck.

We purchased a vehicle from Sames Bastrop today, and they made the process easy. They responded quickly to my emails, and when we got there, they had the car ready to go! Transaction and paperwork took a bit longer than normal, but that was only because we were purchasing on a Sunday, and they had to wait for the banks. Financing director And our salesman JR were friendly and accommodating. Overall very happy with our experience.

Total Waste of time . I was contacted twice about truck being available to test drive , when I showed up it wouldn't be sold to regular individuals only dealers yet they advertise it to the open public.

Probably give a 3.5 star if I could. Overall good dealer but I found several issues in the service that could use improvement. Popcorn machine, coffee, hot dog machine..all Empty! Selling 20,000 dollar plus vehicles and they don't have any condiment for the customers while they purchase. No car fax given on a purchase. Cleaners took 45 minutes and didn't do a very great job. Sales guy was satisfactory as well as paperwork guy. Management wise though.. I think they need to attend to those issues i listed

So far so good...purchased the vehicle. The oil stick was broken and I live over four hours from the dealership. So, they offered to reimburse me for the expense of having the broken stick removed and replaced.

The whole process was awful, looks like they wanted to review the whole pricing before I test drive. Car was with a lot od damage in the outside and inside. Looks like the car was not ready to sell.
