Worked on a deal with them all day. They sold the car to someone else despite me already agreeing to a deal on it. I will never use or recommend them to anyone. Terrible business ethics.

Let me first start by saying. I'm NOT a Ford guy. I found a used 2014 Chevy 2500 HD at Sam Pack
Ford in Carrollton Texas. It was just what I was looking for. So I figured I'd give them a try. I've got to
say. It was the best car buying experience of my life. The Salesman (Don Wagner) was awesome. I
told him what I wanted, what I would pay and how much I wanted for my trade in. He made it happen
within 10 mins. We went to his office doing paperwork. He then passed me off to the finance guy.
(Carlos Saavedra Davila) This guys was super friendly and was great to work with. From test drive to
the keys being placed in my hands. I was in and out of the place in under 2 hours. And felt great about

Price on CarGurus said the shipping cost was included but dealership told me it wasn't and wanted to charge an extra $1000 for shipping. Other than that the car dealer was professional.

Bait and switch. A significantly lower price for the car was listed on CarGurus, yet the salesman said the asking price was full MSRP. I don't know who was at fault, but that was aggravating and a waste of everyone's time.

when I replied there was hardly any detailed follow-up, except to tell me
several days later that the truck I inquired about had been sold. They
seem like nice and professional folks, probably too busy for detailed
follow-up.

Donald Davis, my sales person was extremely helpful.
Although the vehicle I went to look at was already sold,
he located a very similar vehicle at one of their other
locations and even offered to drive the distance to the to
get the vehicle and bring back to the Lewisville location
for me to test drive. I passed on the vehicle because it
didn't have some of the features I was looking for but
didn't feel pressured by Donald to purchase anything. He
was very easy-going and willing to go that extra mile.
