Process of buying went smoothly however, the sales rep didn't take the time to go over the features & demonstrate how to use them. Our local dealer provides fuel after the purchase yet, this dealer didn't even offer. The vehicle I purchased exceeded my expectations. Very happy with my purchase.

We had a good exoerience with the dealer. We liked the vehical and everone at dealership was easy to work with throughout the procss. The only issue we had was that we could not come to terms that we could agree on

Made an appointment to buy the car and arrive at the dealership to find out they had supposedly sold it I travel to a distant to see this car they didn't contact me to tell me it was sold the night before.and it was still on several car websites a week Later

Honestly don’t know what the deal was with the BOSS of this dealership, i basically wanted to trade in/financed a vehicle with them but they gave me a quick run around that I needed a car inspection to be able to do that, also that I needed to find my own financing first , this place don’t make any sense don’t waste your time

Initial follow up, but then Crickets. Filled out the credit app.... Crickets. Really to bad because I live in Eureka back in the late 80’s and I was very familiar with the dealership Truly disappointed in their lack of professionalism!

I sent my request overnight. Dealer responded first thing in the morning by email and phone. Got my test drive set up that day. Car was ready to go when we got there. Our salesman Corey was very knowledgeable about the car and was prepared with things to point out to us that we may not have caught otherwise. Extremely nice and genuine people. Would highly recommend their dealership to anyone. Upfront on their pricing and financing. Buddy in the finance office was awesome. Told us what we really needed and what would actually be helpful instead of just trying to push all their products on us. Was a very pleasant experience. Even though they're 1 hr and 15 min away, I'll probably check them out to see what they have when it comes time for my next car purchase.
