It was a pleasure communicating with Ryan from this dealership. We didnt end up doing a deal because I found another vehicle a little closer to my location (fort worth tx) but while we were talking he was kind, professional, and understanding. Whoever did purchase the truck is a lucky human. Sorry we couldn't make a deal ryan but thank you for the pleasant experience

Never have I been so mislead, lied to and jerked around. The first week I was badgered for more money after we made a deal. Then repeatedly lied to about delivery. They so much as told me I could not have my money back after two weeks of a joke deal going south. These people are typical of used car salesman. Lie lie lie. Buyer beware!!!!
I reached out to the dealership about a really nice Yukon that has been on your lot for approx 16 days. The
dealer was very helpful and we went back & forth with pics and video until quite late on a Saturday night. I later
noticed the price had been raised on line. I sent a txt and he said he had no idea what happened but they
would honor the price that was previously advertised. The dealership is closed on Sunday so I told him I
wanted to talk to my insurance agent about coverage and would get back with him Monday morning. On
Sunday the ad disappeared and on Monday it had a Too Late You Missed This Sale on line. I txted the
salesperson who said someone put a deposit down Sunday (closed) and then said Saturday night. I would
think the Courteous thing to do would be to contact me Saturday night, explain what happened and ask if I
wanted to put a deposit down or purchase the vehicle due to another customer wanting to buy it. Everything
Happens For A Reason!!
I was contacted by the dealership immediately! When I asked for a video of the car, Gabriel got it to me
right away and didn't hesitate to point out the flaws of the car. I ended up purchasing the vehicle with
Gabriel and he made the process very easy! They also had to ship it to me to NM, and they did that
very quickly as well! I would highly recommend this dealer!

Sales techniques were high pressure. Many different offers and counter offers over several
days finally resulted in an offer from Salt Lake Mitsubishi that I accepted via text messaging.
When I contacted my salesman and his sales manager asking for a time when I should meet
one of them at the dealership I was told they had sold the Ridgeline to another buyer. I drove
to the dealership the next day and found that the Ridgeline was still at their dealership.
Further text went unanswered. The Honda Ridgeline was a very good truck at a fair price.
The conduct of the dealership sales force left me thinking they were very much like the
negative stereotypes we often have of "used car salesman". I think at the end of our
negotiation the sales manager made me an offer that a short time later her supervisor
disapproved and she then made up a story about a second buyer in order to get out of her
offer to me.

The dealer backed out of the deal even after accepted my down payment 5000 dollars. that was Wednesday, after several calls to get the deal done, they called today and said that the jeep had been sold before I bought it, a friend of some person at the dealer ship, I did get a refund but am very disappointed, I give them a -0- and will not recommend them to anyone and will talk bad about them when asked. You should consider this when dealing with this dealership of dishonest people.

Sales staff was knowledgeable about their Mitsubishi's. Everywhere else I
talked to didn't really know much about the Outlanders. Appreciated how
I was treated, being a single woman it can be a little scary at the
dealership. chill place to buy a car.

Answered my question promptly. They were great.
This dealership is wonderful not only did they get me into my dream car they helped me to get everything taken care of ahead of time since we were driving from out of state. Everyone there is friendly and no high pressure sales tactics just honest and straightforward. And the vehicle was exactly as they advertised. Absolutely in love with my truck and I would recommend them to anyone!

These guys Tom and Josh who I worked with are very friendly n informative. I came there for a specific car I saw posted on CarGurus. Tom took me to test drive the car, and made it a no brainer for me. He listened to what I needed and what I could do. The deal was set up with in an hour. I traded in my old car and got to drive my new car home.
