Let me start with, I live in Cleveland, Ohio and this dealer is in Oregon. Chris was a pleasure to work with. I never bought a car without physically being there but Chris made me feel very comfortable doing so. He made the steps easy. Helped me find a financier and transport to get my car home. He answer every question and then some. All I have yo do now is wait for delivery and enjoy. Thanks for everything Chris for being prompt and responsive.

Dealer was very nice, no pressure. Car appeared it had been in an accident and poorly repaired. Clear title. Also 3 low tires, end of the exhaust was cut off. We didn’t buy.

They were helpful. But unfortunately My work schedule didn't allow me to make it out there to Salem. To look at the car. If I could make some time, I definitely make it out there. And I do recommend then.

Liked this van. Contacted them with question. They responded but didn't answer question. Tried again, got answer, then got message it was gone. It's still there, with more miles on it, but no one contacted me. Who knows.

Vehicle was connected to a battery charger when we got there. It started but would not stay running without the battery charger. Was not able to test drive due to the need of possibly an alternator and battery. The owner wouldn't budge on price so we did not buy.

Response from current dealership:
We have reviewed your complaint and after complete investigation no loan application was ever submitted buy you and in fact no application has been submitted buy anyone on this truck to date. (By the way there is no way to do an online app from the car gurus site) The sale price was not $3,900 as you stated but was $3,750!! That was special pricing that is now over. You should have called us to make an offer instead of leaving a poor review. You could have asked us to extend the sale, make sense?

Dealer responded. It's a 2.0L Duratec. I had to decipher the
Duratec portion by looking up the VIN number designation.
