The person I was to see was tied up but I will taken care of quickly. I was able to test drive two Grand

Had to ask the same questions to multiple people before getting some of them answered; had to wait up to a few days for some answers; was given a non-working number to text and when my son went to test-drive in my place he was told I didn't communicate with them (I have emails and text messages to prove I tried).

No one was there to meet me for my appointment, left me sitting in the showroom,!then said they were taking someone else out on a test drive. When I came back the next day for the test drive they told me immediately they are not budging on the price. Test drive I had to ride as a passenger halfway then drive 5 minutes back to dealership

I had an issue with how a product was added on before I was ready to make my final decision. And was told the manager would call me and it’s been almost a week and still no word. They care when they are selling but don’t when you want customer service.

Drove 3 hours to see a car they had. Drove it liked it was ready to buy it. Was already preapproved through my credit union. Told the finance manager they needed the sales info faxed before 430pm after he stalled for over an hour I called my CU to see if he had faxed or emailed anything to them, he hadn't. Didnt stop him from aggressively trying to push their financing options. Needless to say I walked out they lost the sale and I lost 9 hours of my day dealing with them.my CU did get the fax that day though at 450pm. They did offer to bring the car to me if I still wanted it but I have a hard time trusting the dealership after the way the finance manager acted with his rudeness and underhanded tactics.

I originally contacted Brown Volkswagen on 11-1 but didn’t hear back
until 11-4. And they never once told me that they did not still have the
2016 Passat that I was inquiring about still in stock. But continued to
bombard me with emails of other Passats that they have in stock. And
just today I received two emails from them wanting my business ,
thankfully I didn’t give them my phone number . All they would have to
do was tell me they no longer have the car I was checking on.
I live 100 miles from their location and doubt if I would ever deal with
them. I have owned Volkswagens since the 1960s when they didn’t
even have gas gages , I like their product but don’t care for their
dealers and their attitude and this one is no different .

I went there on Veterans day and the features were wrong. It was a sport instead of an executive for the same price. No sunproof roof nor back up camera and there is no warranty on pre-owned cars. It took me 2 hours to get there. I also tried another cc and the steering wheel didn’t work. This place is a scam, don’t go here!

Could not have been more disappointed with this dealer. Long story short, felt like our
time and business was not valued. The car was listed as certified pre-owned on their
website, and I was told by the sales manager (before driving 2+ hours to the
dealership) that the car qualified for special financing. When my husband went the next
day to buy the car, they stated that the car wasn't actually certified pre-owned, and that
the special financing was only for CPO vehicles. So my husband paid extra to get the
CPO and special financing, and the dealership didn't provide a second key for the
vehicle (which is a requirement for the car to be considered CPO). Love our new car,
but will never return to this dealership!

Excellent People, Excellent Service, and Excellent Car! I did a nationwide
search and then drove 600 miles from Florida to buy this car. No pressured
sales and quick turn around. I was in and out of the dealership within a
couple of hours and driving my new (Used) car back to Florida. Melodie and
Greg were great to work with! Highly recommended.

I rate Brown's Volkswagen very fair. The sales person was very nice, but the car when checked had so many things that needed to be repaired, would have been like rebuilding the whole car over again. No problem with the dealership, just the car. Kathy
