Dealer responded right away. The listing didn’t have any pictures so the rep went above and beyond and took a video of the vehicle and sent it to me. I am over an hour away from this dealer so that was super helpful. I ultimately drove there and bought the car. Not before the typical dealer haggle but overall it was a very good experience.

Sales person was nice and listened. Got a call back from the dealership that got disconnected after 10 seconds of no response to my hello. I called back and was told that the manager wanted to talk and was connected. He rudely said that my offer is low immediately and wouldn't let me talk about currently falling luxury car prices. He wouldn't even reveal his name. Funny thing is, he increased the price by 1k after the call. What an ego and discriminating attitude!

This is probably the worst place to visit in the Northern Virginia. Hernesto, the sales person contacted me few times and finally setup a meeting last Friday. When I got there, he totally ignored me and didn’t even bother to say Hi because he thought he could close a deal with another customer. and then some random person tried to show me the car. Very rude with no professional skills at all. I would advise the management to send them to a real customer service training classes. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME TO VISIT THAT PLACE.

Truck was shown to me with two bald back tires they were lowballing me on my trade-in and wanted top dollar for the truck all show in the pictures they showed two decals one on each side of the bed when I got there the passenger side bed apparently had been repainted and new decal was put on their response was will take off the money for the two tires and you go get two new tires put on which I think was a big inconvenience I think it was very unprofessional and I will never go back there again !

STAY AWAY !!!! Got a Certificate from USAA for the vehicle and when I got there the
Dealership tried to add on the 127 point Inspection at 1.3K as well as additional processing
fees. I showed the the certificate from USAA and it took 2 additional times before they got the
pricing right. They also increased the Registration and Title charges for WV by 400.00 which I
showed them off of the DMV site and an email. I purchased the vehicle noticed SAP and some
other stains and or pits on the hood asked them to be cleaned. They starting using Windex
and SOLVENT on the clear coat to attempt to clean it up. They ruined the hoods clear coat
and added scratches to the hood, needless to say I refused the car. The Sales Manager Steve
was extremely rude and bowed up on me attempting to talk to me like a child, I did not take his
attitude stood my ground and got my check. Worst Dealership EVER

This dealer is a total joke. Quoted me a price by email, then when I visited, did a bait and switch and try to tack on all these extra charges and fees leading to a ridiculously high price. After I walked out, the salesman reached out to try to get me to come back in saying he had a new price for me. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice no way! I told this dealer to send me the new price by email. To date, no response. Find another dealer, this one will rip you off.

I did go drive this vehicle and overall it was a good experience. There was "damage" on the vehicle that was not disclosed previously, though the explanation was that it was not an "accident" and is minor in nature. The dealer could not even tell me exactly what the damage was except that it was to the front end right side. From my experience, I found mismatched paint, though very slight, that showed evidence of repairs. I drove 2 hours one way to view this and it would have been nice to know about this ahead of time and pricing wasn't even adjusted to accommodate for the mystery damage not previously disclosed or even explained. I did feel a shimmy also that was unexplained and brakes, though showing recently serviced, were mushy. Out-the-door pricing quoted didn't include tax for MD....they said they don't do that for out of state quotes, though other dealers do as I have experienced. I did not buy the car.
They were pretty helpful & understandable starting from the great salesman to the financial manager , also it was a very smooth comforting process in purchasing and financing compared with other dealers , overall i am satisfied , thanks everyone hope to deal with you again in the future

After contacting the dealer ,I received a call for Erik ,who was willing to answer my questions ,but still took 3 days to get pictures send to me and also get financing app tested to my phone.Since i did not get any follow up call from dealership ,I called Erik again and was told due to my low credit score i had to pay higher interest ,which i totally understand.My frustration is that after agreeing to pay higher payments ,I was told by Erik that I had to pay over 2400.00 in dealer RECONDITIONING FEES ,IN ADDITION TO ADVERTISED PRICE OF THE CAR!!!
That is very misleading .

The dealer was very prompt in their reply. Once I made an appointment, the car was waiting for me when I arrived. The car condition was as advertised. They did a very nice job of cleaning inside and outside. The sales person and the finance manager were courteous and professional. The only suggestion is to research the of the car and have an “out the door price” in mind and negotiate. They initially tried to charge me additional fees in excess of $2,000. This was in addition to the tax and $899 in processing fees.

The 10 hour drive to see the vehicle was more than with it.

The price is on the high side. But the dealership experience was good
My service at this dealership was quality from start to ending. They
contacted me immediately (actually 2 salesman did) and I set up an
appointment to test drive for the weekend. In the midst of that, the other car
I was looking at fell through and Brown's was quick to have me in for an
earlier test drive. Full Carfax report and all details laid out, I was very
please with how Brian handled my business and left nothing to the
imagination. I would highly recommend this dealership and I am extremely
happy with my purchase AND the rate I was given for my auto loan. Thanks
guys!

Friendly and responsive staff, but did the typical give-you-one-quote then
talk-to-manager routine and act like you're getting an incredible deal. Ended
up buying elsewhere, more because of the car than the dealership.

Wouldn't give me an honest answer about
where some body damage was from. Told me
it could have happened in the parking lot, but
turns out the car had been in an accident. On
the test drive they guy didn't know anything
about the car, and when we got back to the
dealer left me waiting for 30 minutes while he
printed the Carfax. I would never buy a car
from this dealer.

I'll echo the disappointing experience with this dealership of many others before me—I guess NOTHING has changed over the last couple of years in this department (see other reviews). Don't expect you will get anything out of your e-mail communication with them (total waste of time!) and don't be fooled by the teaser price they advertize—you've got to be a recent college graduate + a military + planning to finance +what not to get the "incentives" they've already deducted from it. So, for a new car, expect your base price to be about $2,500 more than the advertised one. I cannot but wonder why they are still in business. Whatever the reason might be, this dealership does not deserve your business (unless you're desperate).

I was quoted a higher price than the price at CarGurus. After
reminding them of the CarGuru price, I was told that it was a
glitch (really?!?!!?) even though there was a clear history of
price drops on CarGuru. I totally lost confidence in the
integrity of this dealership after this.

In 50 years of buying and selling vehicles this is THE worst as far as "Bait & Switch". They took destination charge off of invoice to make OTD price more attractive, then added it back; or tried to!! There were two incentives that they offered then told me I didn't qualify after haggling. Too many empty-promise emails, too much talking out of both sides, way too much hype. I got a better deal and was given the incentives anyway and got much better treatment at another Nissan dealership who will more than likely have the franchise for a long time; Brown's should be barred from selling or representing ANY car brand with their shyster practices. Putting a price out there with a bunch of fine-print is so yesteryear and as a consequence they immediately lost my business. Would not recommend these guys after the treatment I received. No way.

complete hoax; you would have
to be a newly graduated, military
service person who signed up for
NMAC financing to get the teaser
price. If not, you pay full retail,
literally four thousand dollars
(40%) more. I think their practices
are borderline illegal.

If there was a place for no stars I would've selected that. Biggest bait and switch, rude salesmen, zero customer service, and no support when we complained to Nissan Corporate. The amount of disrespect and dishonesty was astounding. Took 4+ hours to purchase a vehicle with an already agreed to price and financing. Bunch of hacks and ass clowns. Avoid at all costs. The Nissan place at Dulles auto park was a much better experience, even if a bit more cost. Well worth it.
