After driving an hour to get there, the salesperson was 20 minutes late, no apology, and when he brought the car around the AC didn’t work. They never checked it beforehand.

All of Safford Brown Hyundai Manassas personnel were great. Amanda Sisk even made my wife a sandwich for lunch. We bought the car and feel that we received a great car at a great price, along with a great extended warranty at a fair price.

Absolutely the most wonderful car buying experience ever! The finance manager Sarah had all of the documents ready when we arrived, Arkeem Dennis had the vehicle clean and full of fuel. Before the sale, they gave me a great quote in writing for both my trade, and the new vehicle. I would definitely drive 5 hours one way to do business with them again, as I live in Pennsylvania. They are a top-notch dealership in my book. Would highly recommend! After the sale both the General manager and salesman sent personal thank you's for my business and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. They are the best around. Worth the drive from anywhere!

This dealership is full of LIARS, they tell me to come test drive the car then I drive over 30 miles there and they say "You cant test drive it anywhere other then the parking lot" then why did you have me come all the way here. Then they tell me that they have to fix some things and they do not hold used cars for people. So if I fill a loan application they will hold it. Then they tell me since the car is so old that the bank wont approve it unless I have $4000.00 down payment but if I do that will 100% that I will get the loan. 2 weeks later still no answer. One day they told me it was after 2pm so the loan manager wasn't there anymore. So your to tell me that no one could get a loan on a car after 2pm that day please.... Then they tell me that me and my girl do not make enough for the loan on this car that is $10,500 with a $4000.00 deposit almost 40% of the cars value. But yet we could afford a car that was $14,000 with a $2000.00 down where is the logic in that scam...

The salesman bill got back with me immediately about the car and the availability of the car I have not yet gone to see the car and I told him that I was praying about it it did make an offer in the trade in my car of $1,000 without seeing it I thought that was quite awesome I do plan to go and see it on Tuesday if the car has not been sold yet but so far I'm impressed

Our experience with Brown's Manassas Hyundai was positive. I test drove the model car I was interested in and was offered assistance in a further search of used cars that would meet my needs. Helpful staff...not pushy.

I contacted this company about a vehicle. They assured me the vehicle was at their establishment and would be available for me to view when I came in the next day. I drove over an hour to this location for them to tell me they “sold the car the day before”. I believe they used CarGurus to get me in the door to their establishment and did not even have the vehicle they advertised to begin with. Then they tried to sell me a car a model year older with fewer features and more expensive! I will never shop at this place nor should anyone else.

There service was bad and when I called for the bmw 650i they told me to come in the next day at 3 pm to get the car and I said ok so the next morning I called to see if the appointment was still good for the day and when I did the guy said someone was buying the car right now and the reason the salesperson told me to come the next day to get the car was because he convertible top was broken and it was getting fixed but some how the car was being sold hours later can't trust that dealership at all

The night before heading down here I called them to confirm I was coming down and serious about purchasing the car. They confirmed the car would be waiting for me when I arrived. I drove all the way from Gaithersburg to Manassas, sat in traffic, and arrived to find out they sold the car the night before.....without telling me. They continued to dig themselves a deeper hole by lying they called and emailed me....I checked all my messages before heading down and got none. To be fair, I completely understand their need to sell the car to someone who jumps in front of me...that I don't have a problem with. What was frustrating was driving all the way there from MD with no communication to me the only car I wanted was gone. The salesman tried to get me to look at other cars but I had made up my mind what I wanted. Best advice I can give is when you know what car you're going to buy and want, stick with it. The next day I found another deal that was even better and I got the car I wanted...and near my home in MD! If you are going to make a big purchase, get what you want! You are the customer and always have the power to choose.

Dealer inflexible on down payment arrangements as other dealers are. Example, $2000 down. Pay 1000 today and 1000 in 2 weeks on pay day. Dealer says all up front. Most dealers will accept this type of arrangement. A little pushy, unfriendly, no building. Building is a tent with fan. Bathroom across the street. Smoking in non smoking tent, etc...
