Overall the way I can describe this dealership would be like this. If you are going to buy a used vehicle just go somewhere else especially if its not a Hyundai because they will try their hardest to sell you one of their newer vehicles instead of the one you inquiring about. However the staff is super friendly and will answer any questions you have solid 4 star dealership

Kyle at Browns was extremely responsive and stayed after it even when I learned the vehicle was only FwD rather than 4WD which is what ultimately turned me off on this one. But a great quality SUV still, and I got everything I had asked for very promptly. Thank-you Kyle!

This dealership raised the price of the vehicle I was planning to get by $2,000 right before I was planning to go get which was 8 hrs drive away claiming clutch was out of the 2013 mini countryman I wanted to do the work myself since it was a major repair I wanted it done right they insisted to raise price and then tell me it was a good price and that their are only 3 of them for sale nationwide which was a lie there are thousands for sale nationwide lol.

Car gurus price was a lot lower than the dealership price. No explanation was given and the salesman never responded as to why there was a price discrepancy. Clearly a marketing tactic.

Avoid salesman Marcos Correa. He is a shady guy and lies, He sold me a van which needed repair and said it would be fix the next day, never happened and he never got back to me or anyone from the dealer after several calls, Marcos has ignored my emails and calls. I hope he gets fired.

A family friend had a negative experience with Brown's Leesburg Hyundai's Service Department. In spite of that my wife and I had a very pleasant experience with many of the people working in the office. We purchased the 2012 Toyota Camry XLE V6 as a consequence.

I can only rate for response time. I contacted dealer via email and responded to very quickly with information and pictures requested. Unfortunately the day I was able to make it to the dealer the vehicle was mark sold while driving to the dealership, so I turned around and went on home.

It was a pleasant experience. I had to drive from out of town and asked the sales rep to have the paperwork ready when I arrived. When I walked through the door, I was greeted and he had a folder of paperwork for me to sign, instead of the normal 2 hour process. The fiance manager was not pushy, in terms of wanting you to add-on additional costs for protection. I would definitely shop here when looking for a vehicle.

Great experience with salesman Vinny at Brown Hyundai. He was responsive, kept me informed, and helped close a competitive deal. I picked up the car yesterday and it was exactly as described. They even picked me up from the airport, bought me breakfast, and made sure the gas tank was full before I left. Smooth paperwork process. I would recommend.

The vehicle I was considering sold before I could see it, so I have no real review of this dealership. I gave them 3 stars simply because they contacted me. They could be better or less than 3 stars. A sells agent did reach out to me but I just wasn't able to get out to see the vehicle.
