We had a wonderful experience. Lery went above and beyond with alerting us to cars that might be a fit for us, while also being incredibly patient and respectful of our availability and some financing issues. While we didn’t act fast enough to get the car we wanted, we would absolutely look at Safford again and recommend it.
I had a good experience buying a used car from Saffron Brown Hyundai in Fairfax. I had a nice test drive with Savon. He was knowledgeable about the cars features, the car ran smooth, but the price was a little out of my budget. Savon and Mohammed worked with me to find a way to get the price to something I could afford. I appreciate the extra effort Savon and Mohammed put in to make me a happy customer!

Shady dealership!!
I inquired about a vehicle and Muhammad confirmed the vehicle with the price shown online. After receiving pictures and carfax, they said the price was actually $4k higher. When questioned about it...they then quickly told me the car had "just sold".
Would not recommend!

I have dealt with Fairfax Hyundai for 20 years. I knew most of the sales people as well as the Service Department. They have always treated me very well. I bought this car from them.

I was searching for a car for just over a month. I was scouting the major sites, looking at personally sold cars. All sorts of dealerships. I thought I had settled on a car, same model as my previous one. But decided to look at one more make/model. Did a test drive and liked it. Began searching for that type of car and this dealership had four of them. Went in on the spur of the moment, giving Lonnell a ten minute lead time. He showed me a car that had just arrived and was one of his favorites. Quick, easy, no pressure. Loved it. No work to be done, certified pre-owned. I felt like I had made a great deal and a solid choice. Trusted Lonnell to guide the deal. He went above and beyond to get the car ready quickly (had just gotten there). Luis was great as well. Took about an hour initially and another hour or so for financing. Easy and helpful all around. Kudos.

Overall pleasant experience. Price was right and they worked with me on my trade. I would be a repeat customer

was willing to work with me, but I purchased another vehicle at a different dealership.

Normally a good dealer. They were careless in dealer prep damaging the purchased car then failed to deliver the title when full payment was made. They were totally unresponsive to emails and phone calls seeking corrective action. Don't expect senior management to listen to you at all

Very friendly and helpful.

They were accommodating on test drive
request. Their price is reasonable and
they did provided out the door price.
There was no pressure in selling. This
dealership is very small. Parking spaces
were limited. Receptionist was not
friendly at all. Salesmen were aggressive
and consistent in repeating contacting us
every few days for about a month now
since our last visit.

The listed MSRP on all pages on their website from Hyundai includes
Freight (delivery charge). If you take the internet price that Fairfax lists on
the website, it does not include the delivery charge to it. If you then add all
the incentives and rebates to their Internet Price, and also add the Delivery
Charge you'll find that the sum totals more than Hyundai's MSRP by the
exact amount of the delivery charge. After corresponding with their Sales
Manager they state that the Delivery Charge is included in their "dealer
incentives", which actually mean's it's not. They are either double dipping
on the delivery charge, or are over inflating the incentives by the exact
amount of the delivery charge. Basically when you're comparing the
Internet Price that is actually displayed on the website next to each listing
that has all the incentives and rebates listed and compare that to the listed
MSRP, you have to remember that the MSRP includes the delivery charge
and the price shown by Fairfax does not. All prices listed have to have the
delivery charged added back on. This also means that it costs more than
the MSRP if you honestly believe that all the dealer incentives are correct.
Extremely deceptive pricing practices and some may alleged even
dishonest. Also the highest dealer documentation fee I've seen anywhere
to date at $562. I have all the documentation, listings, print outs and emails
that shows this practice clearly and is confirmed by their sales manager.
Buyer beware, get all the details of their pricing before you waste your time
and go into the dealership, as they'll hook you at the end of the sales pitch
right when you're signing paperwork, so you need to be sure you catch it
early.

Good Dealer. Nice sale representatives. No sale pressure.

They didn't have anything priced competitively. Everything was full retail.
