I called twice, but no return call.

I have never been more disappointed. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I would never recommend anyone to go here. They tried to give me one grand for my car because “it would go straight to auction” but they ended up giving me two grand for it. I believe it was worth more and obviously they did as well because they have it posted for seven grand. The car I purchased from them is having issues, so I took it back and asked them to look at it. They said nothing was wrong with it. I then proceeded to tell them that it needed an alignment and they disagreed. The car drifts in a complete different lane when you let go of the wheel. Their customer service was fine and Emily in finance is amazing. I got the car “as is” but they told me that it had all this stuff done to it, which was a lie. If you purchase from them, be careful because they will 100% lie to you.

I’m not buying the Ocean One because already have One. I also have reservation for Ultra but probably not buying any more Fisker’s until we know if the company or successor will support them.

sales, Stacey was wonderful. Finance pushy to take their loan. Hidden "diamond coating package" fee added on and not included on
the internet price listed on Cargurus. Purchased the truck, got it home to PA where within 300 miles of driving it home it fails PA safety
inspection after somehow passing VA safety inspection. Dealership will not cover cost of new brakes to resolve this issue,

The overall experience was outstanding. Abrham Wolde our salesman and Golboo Javid in financing could

When I arrived the vehicle, I was supposed to purchase, hadn't even been detailed.
It had been owned by a mother of three and was covered in the remains of candy, juices and food along with food wrappers.
The outside was covered in scratches that should have been cleaned or polished.
I can't believe a car dealership could be so pathetic as to let a customer see a car in that condition.
I drove an hour and one half to get there and they ad a day in advance to clean and detail this vehicle. BAD MANAGEMENT!
I would never visit this dealership again mor would I recommend them to anybody.
I hit one star just in case no stars wouldn't be seen.

Overall was good experience. We got a good price on a very nice used truck, and there was none of the usual dealership BS around fees, extras, ect. Only drawback was once we agreed to buy it, had to sit and wait almost 2hrs to actually get paperwork signed. To be fair it was end of the day at the end of the month, and once we got in to sign things, it only took 15 mins.

I arranged ahead of time (2 days) for purchase of the vehcile, had a local relative test drive it. I completed paperwork ahead of time with only signatures needed
to finalize the deal and confirmed with the sales person when I would be arriving. I purchased an airline ticket and flew into Dulles and a courtesy shuttle from
the dealership picked me up. So far great service. I arrived and expected to see the car out front prepped and ready to go for a quick test drive, then sign
paperwork and head out. Sadly, the car was not ready to go, the car was in service for a "moment" to get a stinkbug out of it. This was a weekday and the
dealership was not busy. After 45 minutes of waiting, the finance department came over and asked me to review paperwork while they finished up in the back.
We spent 15 minutes going thru the paperwork and still no car. It took another 25 minutes for the vehicle to be brought around. It was not detailed as requested.
My time was not respected.

find out the price jumped to $22,525 when I

Excellent buying experience. Sales Associate Nadir Kaker did an outstanding job. The vehicle was prepared prior to our arrival for a test drive. We did not have to wait. We were handed the keys and allowed to take the vehicle out for 30 minutes. Cargurus description was accurate. The price was as described with no hidden costs. We received a great offer on our trade-in. The shop did a great job detailing the vehicle. Highly recommend Brown’s and Nadir.

Drove 50 something miles for nothing. I spoke to a sales rep made the appointment to come test drive. When I got there somebody else was buying the vehicle. Some one should have called me and told me it was sold

Salesman and I agreed on an amount before I came to see the vehicle. I agreed to sign the State paperwork, to reserve the vehicle since I wouldn't be able to drive out of state and see it for another week. Upon the salesman offerIng to start the paperwork to reserve it, and me agreeing, he ignored my email then and my second email the following morning. He then sold the vehicle to someone else.
It seems like bad business practice to make an agreement with someone and then ignore them and sell the vehicle out from underneath of them.
Are you going to sit down with a customer and start up the paperwork then kick them out as soon as another customer walks through the door?
I know I will never try to buy from this dealership again. manager emailed me as well. I responded about what happened but didn't get an answer.

Price was discounted $500 as part of a car buying program, then a $500 "government fee"
appeared in the total price. The paperwork fee is $895. These fees are "in stone," which is
nonsense - but it's the game they play. The prices are pretty decent and the sales staff is quite
helpful, but they will grind you for every dollar. It was just exhausting to hear the same car sales
fibs over and over, but it's just business.

Salesmen need to keep open communication. I drove out specifically to test drive and make a final decision. Only to find out the car was sold after the test drive. Then to be called back 15 minutes after leaving the dealership, that the car was for sale. It was unfair to my salesman.
Overall, the following business day, we made a quick sale and I was on the road, happy.
