The gentlemen were very kind. They had a very clean lot and were very attentive. The gentlemen made sure the car was safe and serviced and went over the service logs and car fax. It is great when the seller takes great pride in showing off the car they are selling, and the car is clean and in great condition. The agency offers gap insurance and 30-day warranty. I couldnt get better service. All way around a good experience.

I would give no stars but I had to give one to write a review. First, the dealer advertised a truck with a utility shell that I had to pay extra for. I was told the truck was looked at by a mechanic, The battery went dead the minute I got the truck, the oil was nasty black, coolant was disgusting, front tires were bald, front end was way out of alignment and much more hidden problems. They couldn't even detail the truck or even spray it off with a hose! I ended up putting $2000.00 into this truck already in the first week, they refused to help pay for any of the problems and are no longer answering my calls! I would not recommend this dealer! cars!

This dealership is TERRIBLE! Do not go to them. We had the car for 3 weeks and it broke down needs so much work and has never been maintained. We contacted the dealership to see if he would help solve this problem and he said NO. How do u sleep at night doing people so shady! We now are paying for a car that we cant even drive. Had to get a second car for work and now were back to square one and out of the $ we used for the down payment. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! Terrible! Wish I could put 0 stars

I told them what to fix for me to buy it and be safe on the road (cracked windsheild). Looks like they fixed it because they raised the price $900. Now I understand why commission is so important. Without it you get a guy that doesn't care whether or not the car leaves the lot.

STAY AWAY! Rude, called twice and they never answered the phone. Then, since I had already made plans to go, I drove an hour to get there, was told that the sister of the young man who was running the shop was driving the car because "I didn't know you were coming." Did I want to wait 20-30 minutes for the car? No, I didn't. He then tells me not to get mad and, "don't be starting stuff, bro." Really? This is totally unacceptable.

This dealer knew we were coming in town from Lodi we get there car is in the back with hood up just sitting there like a ghost was gonna fix it! Then it was dirty and the car didn't want to start ! First battery then uhhh no gas!! Really first impression walk away! I had to give 1 star or would not post.

An appointment to test drive was booked over the phone. The negotiated price was fair. Service at the dealership was prompt and professional. Buying from them was a pleasant experience.

Super unprofessional and a waist of time. I called the dealer in advance to make sure he would be there when i arrived, and had me waiting almost 2 hours for him to show up. I ended up leaving. I drove all the way from stockton only to realize that most of his cars are in pretty bad shape. Would not recommend to any one.

He was not trying to work with us, poor customer service. I was sitting in his office for almost 1 hour while he was running back and fourth doing nothing. Then some lady tryed helping me because he had me waiting w. My new born son for so long, and they started arguing not sure if it was his wife or not. He is not professional at all

Not a professional environment, was pushed aside by rude customers. Customers applications and personal information out in the open, guy was actually smoking a cigarette in the office..... my wife couldn't wait to leave.
