Sales rep was.very nice. Engine sounded good, but the vehicle's under- carriage was way to rusted and made way too much noise when being test- driven. It was listed at $14,999 when I went to dealer..

I contacted SVG about this specific car because my 16 year old has a strict budget. I also wanted to set up a test drive since this place was 41 miles away from me. I was told the vehicle was available and to come in. When I got there they were confused about the car. Couldn’t find it. Turns out it was in their service department, that closed at noon, so the car was not available. They then proceeded to tell me the car was in bad shape, which the description does not say nor did they tell me that before I drove all the way there! They then proceeded to try and sell me a $10,000 car even after I told them my son was on a strict budget. Just horrible experience and why I hate going to dealerships! Be honest and straight up front please.

I was contacted rather quickly, I had made an
appointment to see the unit on the following Saturday
morning. I received an alert the following morning that
the price had been raised $2500 overnight. I canceled
my appointment immediately. I am rating 2 stars for the
immediate contact. Otherwise I'd give them a 1 star
rating.

Dealer called us half way there (250miles) and informed us that there was a SCUFF on the
passenger side that did NOT show up on the Pictures or
mentioned i+n the details< After 520 miles and a hotel room we went to the dealer a the
whole passenger side ha d a scrape on it like when you back out of the garage and hit the
whole side. this was for my wife she was so excited ON THE WAY DOWN,Then dissapointed
greatly! This should have been disclosed beforehand especially after Rob McClurkin knew we
were 520 miles away! Not Professional at ALL!!
Stellar service from Ayrica in the internet sales dept and Andrew Byrd at SVG Urbana. They had the best price and best contact of any
dealership we reached out to. Drove 5 hours to buy the vehicle because I felt so strongly about their service and product. Vehicle was exactly
as pictured and they were all friendly with a fast buying process. Thanks again!

Very helpful and in constant contact.
We drove 45 minutes to find that the car has been in an accident. The bottom front bumper is broke and the car is very dirty and smells like cigarette smoke.

Lied to me and sold the truck after telling me to make the 2 and half hour drive up to come see it. They way I found out they sold was when I was almost there and got a sold alert from car gurus. Now they will not contact me. I’d give them zero stars!!

SVG wad great. I bought the 2018 Ram
Horrible dealer, got a purchase agreement went to the bank to get money, told dealer I live 7 hrs away asked if I should leave deposit to hold it for two days while I went to the bank and he said nope your good I will hold it. While I was at the bank sat. Morn he sold the truck. Will never consider this dealer again. Never reponds to e-mails. Not motivated at all. Thanks but no thanks for waisting my time

Called right back
Wasted my day of shopping. Contacted back quick followed with LOTS of pressure. Was looking for cargo vans as pictured,talked to sales manager on phone knew I was looking for van still let me drive 2 hrs. Oneway. Only to find out it was small bus and was in shop AND to top that off didn't even run. No way to conduct business. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Very sad.

SVG called me and made me an appointment schedule for Feb 24 2018 1-2pm to test drive the 2009 Chevy aveo and it sold Friday and NEVER did call me about it.. I won't EVER deal with them again in dayton ......

It turned out not to be the right truck for my purposes but the salesman
was first rate. I know he will call me if he gets one in that would be
suitable. Everything about the place and its reputation in the
community indicates it is an excellent dealership.
