The lady that helped me look at a Colorado kept in contact and kept me posted on everything. Even had the car inspected. The truck got away but because of great service, I would like to deal with them again!! Thank you for everything

If I could give them a zero star I would take eight hours to figure out where the vehicle was asked for pictures got them two hours later no one knows what they are doing in Greenville SVG sent us pictures minus all the rust when we got there driving 45 minutes to see the vehicle it was full of rust the bed of the truck was junk very deceiving will never go there or recommend them

The data posted on CarGurus was not accurate. Mileage on vehicle was wrong (35k miles more than they posted) and vehicle description was wrong. Leather seats were described but cloth seats were pictured. I feel I cannot trust this dealer.

Vehicle pictures showed damage even though Carfax did not indicate any damage or accidents. Ask about it through email and was told no damage. Took my calling two different days to get someone to look at vehicle and respond to what the pictures were showing--complete fender would need replaced.

Customer service was poor the lot had alot of broken down vehicles on the lot. The sales reps were slow to respond even with multiple calls. Was told by three differnt people that I would get a call back in a few minutes I waited and called back to find out that they had left for lunch. Also had email traffic waitting on responses on multiple questions and could not get a straight answer. I would not recommend this branch for anyone who's time is important with them.

My experience at SVG was very pleasant. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Amber my sales person was awesome. She went out of her way to help me get the deal I was looking for. I did not purchase the 2016 Chevrolet Cruze I was looking at. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. I love it. I would recommend this dealership.

Staff was very nice and after viewing the intended car and it was not quite what we were looking for, they had other versions available that were almost perfect but at their other location. I live in Dayton and they had the specific version of the car we were looking for at their Dayton location and recommended that we check it out in person there rather than having us drive a 2nd time for an hour there and back to Greenville again which was very accommodating for me the customer. Once there, they then worked with financing and Ziebart and added the feature we wanted while keeping the car within our budget, making the car perfect! Jake at Greenvile and Kevin and Damon at the Dayton location did a great job with us and I recommend seeing any of them for your car needs. They all use a no pressure style of sales and really make you feel comfortable during the whole process. They really make you feel that if the car isn't exactly what you want, they will find that car for you and if needed be creative and find a way to make the car your perfect car. We wanted a rear camera system they made that happen!

Not Impressed. Drove 2 hours to look at a jeep that was described as a clean local trade. It wasn't. There were mechanical issues the dealer admitted to knowing but was hoping for a quick no warranty sale.
