Courteous, helpful and responded quickly - answering all of my questions. I decided to go with a larger sized vehicle.

Price was higher than i was will to pay. Very nice person.

Great people at this location, but one guy lied about a vehicle being on their lot and I drove from 45 mins away and the vehicle had been sold two days prior. They maybe need a better tracking system so it won’t happen to anyone else.

Dealer professionally responded to my inquiry in a timely manner. Although we didn’t make a deal I would consider doing business with them if the right car at the right price was presented.

I received an email stating the car I was interested in they couldn’t in good conscience sell it to me because it didn’t pass their presale inspection. Thank God for people like Siry Auto Group! They refused to sell me a substandard vehicle. I really appreciate them looking out for me.

I received an immediate response. After I was told they add a gps system for the extra cost of $1499.00 but it would be reduced to $999.00, contact was ended as I don’t want the “gps “ system.

This dealer has multiple location. Office in Chula Vista was really helpful, friendly and straight forward. But I was highly disappointed with the office in San Diego the sale guy sounded like a young dude or kid, was very rude and conceited person. Dude you're a car saleman stop acting you're someone important.

I feel like this place is shady i emailed one if the gentlemen their to ask some info on a vehicle but wouldn’t answer the questions and would just say to call.

The sales man never wanted to sell the car to me! I drove 100 miles to see it! I wanted to buy the car and said let’s make a deal but the sales man was not interested in selling it. He told me to go to another dealer down the street! He never asked me to go inside to check my credit or nothing!!!! What kind of sales man is that??? Why open a dealership to SELL cars when you don’t even try to sell the car when the customer says they are interested and want to buy it??? What a waste of my time driving 100 miles to buy the car!!! Ridiculous dealer!!!

I was told that they would send photos of the vehicle. This has not happened. I cannot just drive there and liik at the vehicle, as I live over 400 miles away. I also see that since my original inquiry 2 days ago, they have raised the price by $1,000 dollars. Scandalous!

Dealer contacted me twice never answering the simple question of the mileage on the vehicle. They just wanted to get me on their lot.

Maybe it was bad timing, but I was ready to buy the car the day I contacted them. Everybody was very nice. I live some distance away, so I asked for some additional pictures to be sure it was in the expected condition. It took a couple days to get the pictures. I work, so that delay cost me the week. I know they can’t know what it meant to me to get that car, but I really wanted that car and they completely bummed me out, so I found one in another state.

Inside of vehicle was full of dead bugs. Wouldn't come down on price at all. Never got back to us about mechanical concerns we had with the vehicle we were interested in.

Via email I requested the mileage on three separate occasions and never got it, they just continually replied via email to contact them by phone, as a consumer, every dealership should take the time to put the mileage and price for their product,

I called asking for the truck I found on there website the guy from this car dealer told me it was sold I came by to the store truck still there,during our conversation on the phone he's trying to sell me different truck..I read lots of review about this car dealer they will sell you different type of truck because they make more money if they sell you the truck they trying to offer.but not the one you like

Siry has two dealerships, one in San Diego, the other in Chula Vista. Spoke with someone at Siry. They could not tell me which dealership had the car or if was still available for sale. They took my phone number with a promise to research then call back, but never heard from them.

The customer service here is horrible. If you choose to communicate through email, they'll take their pretty little time to reply back to you. This dealership is only a few minutes away from me, but instead I decided to drive 2hrs away to buy a smart car in LA than with them.

The dealer did contact me and invited me to look at the car. I chose not do this because I did some research on the price range for this vehicle and found their price was too high for that year of vehicle. I am shopping for more competitive price for that vehicle.

Bought the car after a few days notice several things wrong with this vehicle. Several parts missing interior and exterior and they said never in a accident but why parts missing. They didn't put gas in it left the car on empty, subwoofer don't work-tried to sell me a 800.00 gap insurance that I don't need own insurance way cheaper. They told me the front wheels where balance but still shaking and no second key gave me the valet key to start the engine only with one remote. One one showed me how thee car works or functions of key components.

This dealer is complete garbage. They advertised a 2007 Toyota 4Runner SR5 V6 4x4 with 103k miles. I drove from Long Beach to San Diego the first time to see the car and I was told it was not ready to be seen because they just got it in and it needs to be inspected. Two weeks later I call on a Friday and speak to the manager and ask if I can come see the car Saturday morning. He told me its not ready for a test drive, but I can come see it. I drive AGAIN from Long Beach to San Diego and the car isn't even there! the manager of service awkwardly tells the sales manager that its not there, that it's at the body shop. Once I pressured the manager and told him that I was ready to buy because the 4Runner only has 103k miles on it, he tells me that it actually has 135k miles. So I was completely lied to for 2 weeks, lost 4 hours of driving and gas money, and they still haven't contacted me. Do not shop here!

I noticed distorted air bag covers in the pics and inquired about that. I received a sales pitch but no answer to my question. I asked again but that's the last I heard from the rep. Don't these people realize that with the internet a few select terms can damage their reputation and credibility? They lost my interest too bad I was thinking of the truck for my daughter

Prices were ridiculously high, for high-mileage vehicles. It looks like a lot of what they sell are "prestige" brands so maybe those kind of customers don't care about market prices, but if you're an informed consumer you'll do your homework at edmunds.com or kbb.com to see what is actually a fair price for a vehicle, based on year, make, model and mileage.

I was promptly contacted and I got an answer to my question. Was again contacted to ask how my experience was. Sadly my trade-in car is 30 yrs old so it's not easy to get a quote for my vehicle.

Dealer contacted me right away. The vehicle I was interested in did not fall within the mileage I was looking for but the rep made an effort to find another car in their inventory that would suit my needs and budget. The dealer also followed up with me (via email) for the next several days.

Asked the mileage of the truck and got zero response. A week later I get an email asking if I'm still interested in the truck... I just had an uneasy feeling so I checked other reviews and it seems to be a common theme of theirs.

Awesome, they were the best I've ever dealt with. They are still owning up to even the smallest of issues even though there was no warranty. I would recommend them to a friend or family in heart beat.
