They were very helpful during the selling and financing process. However, when I arrived to pick up the car at the scheduled time, it was not ready. They continued to give us the key and congratulate. The car had not been cleaned or vacuumed. I had already messaged them about the pickup time and that we would be completing the transaction, but the car was given to us without checking if the cleaning had been done. There was a gum drop between the seats and some sticker residue inside the car. Up until the pickup, their customer service and communication were great. Afterwards, it was different showing inconsistency. The floor mats were also missing. They said they would look into it, but they never followed up. We had to keep asking, and after three days they responded saying they were not able to help because the floor mats did not come with the car.
