I decided price for the vehicle I was interested in was to high even through car was in excellent condition.

Original price was $24995. I asked for their best price. Dealer responded with that was it. They sold it for $22995. I more than likely would have bought it at that price. Didn't get that chance and didn't find out until a few days after it was sold. Disappointed to say the least.

They were very nice, looked into options for me and returned calls. The reason for 3 stars was because they are not the ones selling the car, just the ones listing it. That I understand but they could tell me almost nothing about it. Only that it had some issues that were around $1500 to fix but they couldn’t tell me what the issues were and I wasn’t given an option to talk to the owner of the vehicle.

When I went to look at the car there was no pressure. I am not a fan of sales people following me around. Someone came out asked how I was, then said if I had any questions or wanted to take any for a test drive to come on in. Now a days with the internet you can know almost everything before even seeing the car. So I checked out the condition (pictures don't show everything), took it for a ride and bought it the next day. Didn't haggle the price since like I said, internet gives you the tools to know before hand. I have had leased three Optima's and decided to by a used one this time and I would have been very hard pressed to find one this nice.

The people there, at this family run business, were very nice. They weren't pushy or hovering over you while you looked at cars. They were very busy that day so there was a wait to talk with a sales person. I test drove the vehicle and noted some things I felt should be looked at. The salesman wrote all the details down and said the service dept was closed (it was sunday) so he would have them look into the issues on Monday and they were to get back to me. I didn't hear back. That was a shame as my daughter and I felt they were fair, honest and we like to see small businesses succeed.

They had sold the car I was interested in, but were courteous and suggested other vehicles.

The man at the dealership spoke to me on the phone and said he would have the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Also if I were to buy the car he would have the brakes replaced and the AC charged. He was very helpful.

Easy to work with, knowledgeable, and good people. Bought a car from them out of state and they made it easy.

Very good experience. All the cars on the lot that are under $10K are marked in the windshield and all cars have the sticker in the side window with year, mileage, cost, etc.. All cars are open so you can sit in them with waiting on sales. The saleswoman was very friendly and not aggressive, which is good.

! was surprised that on my credit card only the first 2000 was interest free. so it cost me an extra 89 dollars in interest. . also the said they would send me a. ford manual which the car didn't have . I hope they send it , otherwise they were were very accomidating and very nice .they gave me a creditt of ioo for a 2004 kia amanti which was in v ery bad condition. all in all i was pleased with s&j motors.

My Salesperson, Sharon, was absolutely delightful. She made the process seamless and enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership for anybody that doesn't was the normal hassle of buying a new car. A++++
