Lack of communication drove all most two hours to get turned away. I asked these guys for days were my app was approved?!?! Nothing!!!! Was going to do cash if not….. So I went with a dealership that treated me better. Dion Glover communication was horrible thanks a lot……. A week later now reaching out when you have two other SUV’s available in the 1st place actually the same truck…

Great communication and professionalism from this dealer Fernanda was a fabulous person to work with even though I didn’t end up buying a car from her. Top notch!
I gave them 3 stars bc, of the last salesman that contacted me . I actually withdrew interest in this vehicle bc the first saleswoman who contacted me wasn’t helpful and dismissed me as soon as I messaged her back letting her know that I had found something elsewhere, I received no reply just an automated message saying I had been removed from the texting list .

The dealership is very nice and clean. The salesman are fantastic! They followed up with me, made an appointment. Suggested other vehicles to look at. I did happen to find a vehicle at a different lot. But S&H is a great place!
It took a bit for them to answer my specific questions, but they were very thorough when they got back to me.

The employees from this dealership were very prompt at acknowledging my inquiry and attentive to my questions, providing me with the information I needed to determine if I would drive the two-plus hours to check out the car. It was worth the drive! I interacted with Ryan, who was ready for me and very proficient at facilitating the sale. It was a pleasant and positive experience! The only drawback was that I desired the car be cleaner on the interior, and Ryan was very agreeable to having the car cleaned again, giving more attention to details. I am very grateful!
The gentleman I spoke with was rude & arrogant , he wasn't listening to me on so many levels , I explained if I drove to his location & bought the vehicle in Question I would have 2 vehicles . So I wanted an idea of what I could do & he didn't know what I was talking about . I was not getting anywhere with him , so I hung up on him .

Brian Brisco is the man here. He does a lot of follow up. Had several back and forth emails with him as I did not have a phone at the time. For me, the problem is, he's selling the trucks I like so freakin fast, I don't have a chance to get to him soon enough as I am out of state. I'm still looking, so maybe in the near future I'll get there. Overall good contacts.

The sales person lied to me about the condition of the car. I made an 8 hour trip to see the car was not in good condition at all. I asked multiple times before I made the trip if there were any cosmetic or mechanical issues and he neglected to tell me all of them. Sales person was also very rude on the phone. He told me “sometimes you have to pay for nice things” in a rude tone and then the car turned out to be junk. Very poor experience.
I have never had a worse experience with a dealership than this one. Drove over an hour to look at this car that "only had the speedometer not working".. turns out it didn't have a stereo, working dashboard, had a grinding (like something eating a chain, or someone throwing nuts and bolts into a vacuum) noise and all kinds of issues. They watched me load my two toddlers and teenager son and didn't say anything. Drove it out of the parking lot, started making this grinding noise, turned right around and they acted like there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!

I asked if anything was wrong with the car multiple times and the lady said no and right before i went i talked to another lady and she told me the car didn’t work and they just selling it for parts so they almost made me drive 2 hours to go see a car that didn’t work

I did get a follow up call and an apology for not keeping me informed. I was told because it had too much work to be done,the car was not sold ,but is not available to be purchased. That makes me feel a lit better about the dealership. Thank car gurus for its timely follow up.

They have no idea what they have on the lot, they don’t care about customers, they buy stuff at auction bring it back and there it sits. Called about this f-150 wanted to know all about it, made it sound really good. 2 and half hour drive after I told them that. I get there, mind you they neglected to relay this info, the windshield is cracked it runs worse than just needing a tune up, the muffler is hangong on by a wire completely rusted cab corners tires in awful shape. Terrible dealer

the dealer basically cheated. the computer was reset. the check engine light
turned on about 30 minutes after i left the dealership. breaks were leaking
fluid. it didnt start next day, needed a new starter... the list goes on. i just got
the car out of the shop and $1500 latter i hope i will pass the emissions test.
Would never recommend buying from them.

This vehicle did go through a safety inspection, and it is definitely out of the ordinary for starter to go out the next day. We try to meet every customers expectation when selling a vehicle in this price range, however sometimes vehicles over 10 years old can be a challenge to meet those expectations and this is why we price them at a wholesale price. Good people, good deal.
Only negatives I found were:
1:Only one key. These keys are quite expensive
($300 from the local dealer).
2: No floor mats (rubber). Again, costly to
replace (especially for a Jeep).
3: Missing steering wheel trim parts.
4: No owners manuals. Replacement manuals
for a Jeep are crazily expensive!
So, overall, we'll have another nearly $800 in
replacement items that should come with any
new or used vehicle. If you want these items -
and you will, they will add to the overall cost of
your vehicle, so consider them (find out
replacement costs) and add them to your sticker
price before shaking hands.
I kinda felt like this Jeep had been a donor car
for others with higher value.
Overall, with how long we had been looking for
the right Jeep at the right price, we are quite
satisfied with our purchase from S&H. We will
likely do business again at S&H, but we will likely
demand - at least two keys, floor mats and
owners manuals!

This Dealer seemed unaware of the
issues with this vehicle, even though it
had been listed for a while. The price
was low due to high miles but it wasn't
worth mentioning:
water leaks into the cab
Crack in windshield
Major oil leak
Minor body damage everywhere
No warranty
It turned into a waste of time
I wouldn't have went by to look at it if the
details of the vehicle were listed

Jeff, I understand your concerns, as this F-150 did have a star in the windshield. As far as the oil leak, it is tough to determine the severity of the oil leak, because it wasn't dripping on the ground, but seemed to have seapage around the motor. We have had the water leak looked at, as that was a new development that we were unaware of, but again this one in particular was priced $5000 under the market in comparison to ones like it to give a customer like yourself a wholesale value up front. We drove for hours to test drive a car that couldn't possibly make it
back to our home. We were misled to believe the car was safe and
drivable for my young daughter to follow me back home. I had
asked specifically if the car was in good driving condition and
ready for the road. I was told it absolutely was good to go.
