I found just the right car for a great deal that I could not find anywhere else locally. The dealership was very responsive and didn’t play any games or add any hidden fees. The car could’ve used a car wash, and looked so much nicer up and pick up. But I just ended up doing that myself and I’m very happy with the purchase.

Dealership contacted me shortly afterwards and Melisa was kind
enough to send a video of the Challenger,but I decided to wait until
springtime on a purchase.Overall a very positive experience with
them and I will consider them when I'm ready to buy.

Very nice salespeople. Informative, took time to explain things and answer questions. Plus, pictures of dogs. :D
My only star-tick (you can't give halvies) was the inadequate 1/2 piece face shield worn by one person who
wanted to help us. My preference as a customer is that the people who help me pay attention to appropriate
safety. But, over-all, I'd recommend this dealer.

Dealer told me I was qualified for a vehicle with an amount down (which I was prepared to deposit) then came back on their offer and stated I “lied about my income” however I’m a bank manager and don’t understand where they got their numbers from for my annual income. As an African American woman I felt as though I had an unfair experience due to racial and gender stereotypes. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

Easy to work with and very nice.
It was ok. I really liked the finance department representative. He was very helpful and explain everything very clearly and seem to care you was getting bthe beat deal and cared you walk out happy. Know Reese was ok at first but what was disappoint was I notice somethings after I purchased the truck and emailed him on them just to let him know and it seem he was not to concern about how I feel but over all I wouldn't go back only because it is to far away from where I live but would say to others to give the car dealership a chance it was a ok expire

I called with some questions about a Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. I spoke with
Angie, She followed up with an email stating their out the door price in writing.
She followed up by phone, which showed an interest, but no high pressure.
In the end, I bought from a dealer in my home town. But I really liked the way
I was treated by this dealership. I would recommend them.

Fast good quality sales experience, real people who seem to actually care about doing what is right.
Plus my sales person Melisa has been fabulous, I am buying this from out of state which never easy and she has been clear, responsive and helpful most dealers treat you like it's just too much trouble!
I will actually try to buy from this dealer in the future when the need arises

Good to deal with lots of phone work for me with a disability Kirk helped a lot. Found a vehicle I liked test drove and tried to agree on difference with trade. I couldn't get what I needed for trade on mine so I've continued my search.

Good service, no pressure. The salesman let me test drive several vehicles even though I wasn't ready to buy. You don't have to have a salesman ride with you and that's a huge bonus in my opinion. They contact you for follow up but don't harass you. I would have purchased from them but they didn't have exactly what I wanted. Would have given 5 stars if I but I don't believe that there is never room for improvement! Great place!

I would highly recommend Ryan of Buffalo when looking for a new or used car. I bought a new Van from them because they offered a great price on the vehicle and then gave me the full Blue Book value for my trade-in. The staff at Ryan were honest, friendly and very easy to work with in negotiating a price for my new Van. If you call Ryan ask for Todd R., you will get a fair and honest deal on your next car purchase.

Unwilling to deal or advertise there
pricing options gave in to quick..
Unreasonable.. Didn't come back to me
with any offer just said no deal I went
there expecting to pay there price! I shot
them a low ball offer they said no I went
up $ 1,500 they said no without a
counter offer at all so I walked out. Got a
call back and pretty much got hung up
on... Bad biz I thought must have already
sold the car I'm thinking.. I would not
recommend this dealer.
