I worked with Emma. She was very helpful and quick to respond. I told the number I needed to be to buy the car. Though, it wasn’t the number, we did get pretty close and she didn’t haggle. Got to the dealer ship and they let my wife test drive the Jeep, solo (Not sure if that’s the norm now). It all took about an hour, maybe less. Financing didn’t try to upsell us anything nor did they try to put on extra fees. The price I agreed with Emma on the phone was the price I signed for. Great communication and a very respectful staff. Definitely would buy from there, again.

Their posting didn’t have any pictures of the vehicle. I asked for the colors of the inside and outside of the vehicle. No response. Their sales manager sent a form email asking if there was anything I needed. I replied, what color is the car. No response.

While the vehicle we looked at did not meet our needs, Jake couldn't have been better to work with. He was in contact with us about the vehicle and made sure that not only was it available when we arrived but that it was ready for us to test drive. He was knowledgeable about the car, the town (giving us a great rest drive route), and was understanding about what we were looking for. We didn't buy here but we'd come back!

Dealer rep responded very quickly, but car was overpriced and they made it clear they weren’t willing to come down in their price. I am buying a 2023 model of the Camaro that they have (2022) for slightly less money from a Chevrolet dealer.

The dealer was great he sent me a personal video of the car,the only down side was ,that because he was a small dealership he could not have the car shipped to me,that and now the car sold

Prompt, professional and timely service. My trade was evaluated while I test drove the new vehicle and they were ready with an offer when I
returned.
I added a few accessories to my new vehicle and their 'delivery' team had the new accessories installed while the sales team finalized the
paperwork. I was back on the road in under 2 hours!

Everything was on line and it went very smooth. I flew there and within an hour I was on the road. They

My sales rep, Joel was very helpful. It was a pleasure working with him. The car was not
quite the right fit for me and he was totally cool with me test driving it and answering my
questions. If only the car was black and had adaptive cruise control, it would be sitting in
my garage as I write this.

Had a great experience at CDJR in Monticello. Staff was very friendly and helpful with the buying process. Negotiated a deal on a trade in and ended up buying the Jeep.
Average at best experience. Have dealt with other dealerships that have treated me with more professionalism. Not knowledge on warranty info, I was told the vehicle would be detailed and it was not. One of the sales people was a pleasure to work with and did a good job of calling and getting back to me with answers to my questions. Some good and some bad in dealing with this dealership. I would approach my way of dealing with them much different from past experience.

After I talked to Jessica , she gives me the price it was $19,977, and after I done financing through the Bank, some body his name is Jon called me ,and he increased the price $2000, simply he told me it was wrong price, for every one check CarGurus you will see the increasement in the price, even they don't say sorry. Disrespectful
