I’m very happy from the first time till the end quick response. The dealership and all the stuff are very friendly. Sack the guy who help us he’s very friendly. They gave us a quick approval on the loan everything was so fast compared to other dealers. Definitely I’ll go back to purchase again. I highly recommend Rusty Wallace.

Dealer responded, but without a name to contact. I called the dealership who put me in touch with the right person who was to get back with me within 24 hours, but haven’t heard back.

Bought a truck there, has become Rusty Wallace Nissan and it has made a
difference in the dealership. Treated great, the service department is great
also. They are going through a lot of changes right now.

The internet lady contacted me and said “Thank you for your interest in one of our vehicles, so and so will be your sales person for your inquiry. I replied to the email and I was ok! She then followed up with an email asking if that person had got in contact with me and I said no. No response from anyone else after that, highly disappointed and bad customer service.

Went bought the truck two days later found an exhaust leak in manifold and the check engine light came on due to low oil pressure talked to a sales manger and was told" that's what you get for buying a vehicle with a 100000 miles on it" the service detent person I talked with said" sorry about your luck" as he handed my keys back to me after saying they wouldnt do anything about either problem

I received quick and prompt responses when I inquired about 2 vehicles with this dealer. The representative was especially informative and friendly. I currently work out of town but when I return I plan to visit Fenton to purchase my next car.
Called me about car, I said I would be there by 2pm, and when I got there
found out the car was sold the day before. The lady who runs the on line
post acted like she was busy, tried to hook me up with a salesman, and
walked off. I will never go to Fenton again, and I will tell everyone I know
about Fenton and their scam they tried to pull.

Aaron contacted me even though it as after hours, and was awesome!!!! He got me in touch with Brian the Manager who then got me all the answers to all my questions without hassle. All in all, it was an excellent, NO PRESSURE experience... And being a female, that was a breathe of fresh air! Thank you all, and I love my new Armada!!!!!

I drove 90 miles in the rain to visit Fenton Nissan. This was in response to their email describing excellent pricing on trade-ins and financing. When I got there the car was great but that was all. Nothing they described applied to the car I was interested in even though the make, model and year were included in their email. They spent more time telling me what they couldn't do rather than what they could. I would be very careful with this dealer and their marketing offers even if they are in writing. I left them with an open offer. We'll see.

Dealer set up time to test drive vehicle on
Monday, drive to lot the person I dealt with
through email wouldn't even come out to
speak, sent someone else out to assist
me,then as many others have said the
vehicle didn't exist, I wouldn't recommend

Called ahead to confirm that the listed vehicle
was still available, as described, and had no
problems. Was assured that all was correct. Told
them I was over an hour away so had to be sure.
When I arrived they "discovered" that the vehicle
had been sold the day before. Right. After I
raised hell they tried to sell me a couple of "just
as good" vehicles for same price or better lol.
Took me to their overflow lot and not only were
there no " just as good" vehicles there but looks
and behold the original was sitting there, not
sold as claimed, and an absolute piece of junk.
Liars and cheats. Never go there.

Called them, said the car was on the lot, arrived at the lot, just so happen the car had been taken to the auction, salesman then passed me to another salesman to walk the lot and find a different car.

The vehicle was not even available and they tried to get
me in something 3X my price range. When we decided
to leave, it felt like I was clawing for the door because
they didn't want to lose the sell.

Dealer responded to my email, but when I asked directly if they had this car on the lot, he said for me to call before I came to make sure it was available. I went to their website and this vehicle is not listed at all. Am very wary of this dealer.

Immediate response from internet sales.
Scheduled a visit and tried to sale the car at a price higher than listed on this site.They got upset and said the lower price was a mistake. Tried to add in $2500 warranty. Tried to offer less than 1/2 my trades value. Did not listen when I said I would not accept that for my car, kept taking about payments. Ask for my keys to leave. Was followed out the door to my car with payments still being said. Worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car in 25 years.

Texted with a manager and made appointment to see car nest day at 3pm. Called to confirm twice. Got there, handed off to 3 people, finally was told car had been sold. Got home and found msg that they called that # as I was waiting in office. Tried to switch to a pricier one which i refused. Left. Got home and got a call, 'how can we make it right with you'? Can't. Never deal with them. Car still showing on website. Had been on lot 2 mos. Then sold as I was driving there? Don't think so!!!!

I receieved great email & text communication before driving 4
hours round trip to see the vehicle. However, it would have
been nice to know about all the mechanical problems before
making the trip. At the dealership we made an offer on the
SUV. The salesman came back with $1000 more than we were
willing to pay with all the repairs that needed to be made, so we
left. The next day I opened my email to find the salesman had
sent a couple emails to me after we left the dealership saying
he didn't realize we were leaving and his GM said they could
come down on the price. At this point, I'm not sure it's worth the
gas and frustration to make the trip back to purchase the car.
Their moto has something to do with saving customer time.
That may be the case if you live near them but it hasn't been
for us. Too bad, my daughter really wanted the SUV.
