He was nice enough. We did not buy the car. They only wanted to give half of what was owed on our van and even though we have great credit, the interest rate offered was 11%. No thanks

Only giving one star due to the fact that they did call me back, we did exchange texts and a couple of calls but when I was ready to finally buy the car “outright” could not get the manager or the sales team to contact me…..so lucky I am giving 1 star!

2 stars for did contact me, BUT wouldn't answer my initial questions. Difficult to talk with. Kept wanting my phone number. Every other dealer I've contact has gladly emailed with no problem. So NO Business here.

This was the truck I really had my mind set on. Your website said it was still available, but when I called to speak to a sales person....unfortunately he said it was no longer available. Major Bummer for me, A Cash Buyer

Quick to respond and friendly, but took us through all the normal sales hoops (drive around the lot, see cars you’re not there to see, forget the key and walk all the way back to get it rather than the cart we just rode, take an hour just to get numbers, etc.). Need to respect the customer’s time as we are respecting yours by doing our research first. Other than that, friendly and helpful.

They contacted me but apparently the vehicle I was trying to purchase was sold a week before it was posted on the website. They said there system automatically post them regardless if they are sold.

Wasted my time by listing the price at 61,000 and then telling me well of course there is a 25,000 dollar sticker add fee. I wouldn’t buy a tire let alone a car from these guys!

Ben was great to talk to. However, I spoke to a Mike first and he was very brief when talking to me and unhelpful. A front desk associate did call me and talk for a little bit to follow up and she was very kind.

The whole buying a car experience was very easy and understandable. From the salesman to the finance man they respected my time and got me in and out in less than an hour. I guess having a $41,575 check in your hand from the Credit Union made the ball roll a little bit easier still I was treated very good.

Bait and switch. The listed vehicle has been sold. They tried to get me to look at another one at the same price range but much older. Listed vehicle priced way too low for what it is $7400. Under One week later the truck is still listed.

I'm sorry to hear of your frustration about our listing.  I looked into your review and saw you called in on 9/2 about a unit we delivered on 8/15.  You also said it was still listed on CarGurus.  I checked and was is still listed (I have corrected this).  After further inspection, it looks like when we reported the sale to GM Certified, they neglected to remove the Yukon from their feeds and it showed up on all sites they post to, including CarGurus.  We apologize for this oversight and will report this error to GM.  Again, we are sorry for this confusion.
