Great communications, but never would send pictures. As a Realtor, when I have a potential client that wants to see pictures or need additional information I made sure it's done the same day or at the latest the following day.

Salesmen Ruben Sent me all the info for the car let me review it online and took all my information beefier I even arrived, he went over and beyond to help me to include brining the key to me after hours so I could have the spare! I 10/10 recommend you go see him it’s worth it!

We noted a problem with the aligned or tire balance or tire out of round ,the sales manager agreed to check and correct this issue. This item remains open other than that all is well

Absolutely terrible! This is the most dishonest, unprofessional dealer I have ever encountered. We agreed on a price and I agreed to purchase a truck from them. The salesman gave me his word we had a deal and the truck was to be removed from the sale lot and held for me. They did not have the title in their name and as we were waiting for the title to be mailed from Texas DMV they sold the truck from under me. I was never notified that it sold and when i called to check on title status I was given the run around and told someone would call me back. 7 calls went unreturned. I finally received a text saying they sold the truck that was followed up by a call from the manager who was yelling at me and saying it was my fault for needing the title in their name. Said he was tired of it sitting on the lot so he sold it then said I hadn't paid a deposit. I informed him that I would have happily given a deposit but was never asked for one. Overall a bunch of lying jerks!

Awesome staff!!!

Poor experience. First after setting up an appointment for me to see and test drive the vehicle, no one from the dealership called me back to tell me they had sold the vehicle the night before. Luckily I called to verify before I made that long drive. A rep said let me see what we have comparable on our lot and I'll call you back. No one ever called me back. I will not do business with this dealership at any point in the future.
