Sales man was fine. Car was sold already.

The service was great and there was no pressure. Chris arranged everything with me and I had the car two days after my test drive. The service was really great and thorough.

The dealer did not have an accurate listing of what was included with the vehicle. When I sat down with the sales person, despite the untrue inclusions in the listing, would not consider anything price wise.

Overall sales (Ross) was very helpful since dealership was 90 minutes from home. Unfortunately, online the truck was listed at wrong dealer location. And the day before I rescheduled to arrive at the second location it sold. Ross contacted me immediately to avoid the trip. Seems like a good place to shop.

Contacted dealer, went nand saw Jeep, purchased same for cash. Will pick up this week Easy experience

The dealer got back to me immediately. Unfortunately, they advertised a vehicle that was not for sale. Which of course was the one I was greatly interested in. That was the only negative aspect of this particular contact.

Attracted by an Internet price on a 2018 ProMaster 3500 I responded with statement of concerns. The sales manager replied, was honest, forthcoming, and provided factual information about the final price. He further stated the vehicle was in transit to his dealership and he would contact me on its arrival. Others on the sales staff invited me to visit and take a test ride...I feel confident in dealing with the sales manager and am awaiting his return call.

I e-mailed the dealership early on a Sunday morning knowing they were closed and they responded to me the following day. I thought they were very responsive and had answered all my questions in a timely matter.
