Was a good experience. Vehicle was everything they said and ready to go. Hector helped with finalizing paperwork ( great guy). Nice clean establishment, made me coffee. Flew in from visiting NC picked up truck drove 3hrs home, no problems. Would recommend checking Royalty out before buying. I feel I got my money's worth. Thankyou

Great experience. Quick response on the vehicle I was interested in. Very informative about each vehicle pro and cons, if they didn’t like something about the they let you know..as if they were taking to a family member. No sales gimmick. They have so many cars to choose from if you had one in mind you might see one you like better at the lot. I will not only do business again, but will refer to anyone who is in the market. Hands down the BEST dealer experience I have ever had. Check this place out!!!

I should know, because I spent part of my own career as a Senior Customer Service Manager for a major bank's regional headquarters in Denver. My advice is, see Anthony for your used car needs; he will treat you like the consumer "royalty" you are.

Dealer is a scammer and a joke. No pictures. Had to ask 3 times. And than only sent me 3 pics. They’re asking price is total lie. They tack on $4,000 in fees PLUS taxes done etc. I have email convo.

When i initially visites the used car lot the salesman was helpful with showing me the car. When contacting the same salesperson over the phone and trying to negotiate a fair price for what it is, he was rude and dismissive

Emailed, got a response fairly timely. Only issue is I asked for a carfax and they replied to come in and see the suv and carfax. I had to ask again for the carfax as I didn’t want to waste my time going to the dealership if I didn’t like what I saw on the report. I did receive the carfax via email. Have yet to see the vehicle so I can’t share anything more than that.

My contact was limited to phone/ text exchanges. However I would rate them highly because they were so quick to respond.

Although I have not managed to pay them a visit, the first impressions are excellent. Dealer's initiative to call me almost instantly, is well commended.

Bill contacted me the morning after I sent a request. We talked at length about the car. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and low pressure. Unfortunately for him, I bought another car elsewhere. I would not hesitate to check with them the next time I am in the market for a car.

Kelvin was our sales man and he was very informative and very polite and pleasant and wanted to make sure I got just what I wanted. The owner was very accommodating wanted to make sure I was happy. I bought the car that I went there to look at and got a great deal. I have told many people they should go there if they are looking for a used car. The dealer did not pressure me at all. Was going to look at vehicle something came up where I couldn't he stated hed wouldn't bother me anymore he sd once I did get there to ask for him.
