So far, we haven't had much interaction. It did take more than an entire day for them to reply to my initial contact. The
Guest Experience Manager contacted me today to ask a few pertinent questions, which I answered, but I haven't heard
back from anyone yet. Unfortunately, this dealership isn't close to my home, so it's not really convenient to just "pop in," and
speak to them in person. I think it's too early to give them an overall experience rating, but I had to choose one to be able to
submit my comments. If I have the opportunity to change that rating, I'll definitely do that after we've had the chance to
have further interactions.

This process was horible with this dealership. They say its a diffrent process with no hassle but. This has been the worst ever. We felt as we were being interrofated by the fbi when we apied for financing. There was no communication what so ever between dealership and us and the sales people were very negative. Never again would i try to purchase a vehicle from them and i dont reccomend it to anyone
