I would like to make the few points clear since we care for the reviews and what customers read about us and thank you again for letting me address this issue:

1-We do not sell new cars, we're a used car dealer, we buy cars from the auction and we resell it as a used cars under the AS-IS Virginia Law, we do not manufacture the cars.

Dear Joseph, I really appreciate your review, I believe you were looking at the 2009 Ford F150 , white color, VIN# 1FTPX14V29FB35464, advertised for $9,999.

I would like to make the few points clear since we care for the reviews and what customers read about us and thank you again for letting me address this issue:

1-We do not sell new cars, we're a used car dealer, we buy cars from the auction and we resell it as a used cars under the AS-IS Virginia Law, we do not manufacture the cars.
2- Any used car have damages, scratches, rust, missing parts, this is normal for a used cars and that's why the value is depreciated.
3- The car passed the safety inspection and has a new inspection sticker, by law we have to inspect the car before the sale and we did our part. the other cosmetic things doesn't affect the inspection.
4- Carfax value / kbb value / NADA value is between $11,775 and $12,220. we were selling this truck for $9,999 which is almost $2,200 below the market value taking into consideration all the mentioned starches , damages, that you mentioned.
5- In our ads there is 24 pictures for the truck all around, showing by details, the tires, the rust on the tires, the missing caps...etc. in order to be honest with the customer and to see what car he is expecting to see when he comes to the lot.   I wish I can post some pictures from the Ad so I can show what I am talking about. we always take pictures and we do not hide anything from the customers.
6- As for the price of other trucks in the lot, as per the customers reviews , majority says that our prices are fair and well priced cars, since we always price belwo the carfax value or KBB. as Dealers we go by books, carfax books or KBB or NADA books, this is our benchmark to know if our cars are over priced, we appreciate you look at these books and comapre it with our cars, you will find that we advertise our cars at least 10% below the book and the market value PLUS we don;t have any hidden fees , the only fee that we have which is also advertised in all our ads is the processing fee which is $299 and compared to other dealer who have $499 processing fees PLUS other hidden fees our cars are advertised below market value at a very fair price.
7- the only other truck older with similar mileage is a FORD F250 Diesel which is priced at $14,999 because this is a totally different line of trucks (heavy duty trucks) , the other truck we had is a 2011 GMC Sierra luxury truck with luxury features advertised for $15,499, And I couldn't find any other truck which is older and between 15-20k!
Believe me I care for my business and when I red your review I was curious to see if we miss advertised the truck you were looking for or we miss priced or over priced any truck and couldn't find any. but anyway thank you for giving me this opportunity to chat with you and to show some of the good features we have at our dealership.

I feel sorry for the light that came back and I feel sorry that no one called you but due to the pandemic and COVID-19 we're working on a level of 30%, thus we are behind on many things as many of other businesses they are behind, this is something out of our hand and we pray to GOD that this COVID-19 stop and everyone is safe and goes back

Hello Robert, and Sorry we couldn't get you financed with the 2 banks we deal with in town, our financing banks in this town are tight and we're trying to do our best to get new resources for financing; Believe me we are unhappy with the banks turning down our customer, all what we want is to get our customers financed, our goal is to be able to finance every customer that walk in our shop. please let me know which bank or institution were able to finance you , maybe this would be a new resource for us to deal with. We wish we were able to get you financed and get you in the truck you loved. t

On the other hand, the customers who ended up buying the vehicle were walk-in customers, therefore we can't say the car is sold where it's not actually sold. That wouldn't be fair or reasonable.
So hope that clarify the misunderstanding/miscommunication, and that you would change your review, because we really work hard to build a reputable business and we do care about our customers.
