Good quality service
They were honestly incredible. We did end up purchasing the vehicle from them and we flew in on a Sunday. Since the dealership was closed, they weren’t able to pick us up, but they put us up in a hotel and paid for dinner for the night. Out car buying experience was amazing. We’ve had some pretty terrible experiences before and this was nothing like those! We only dealt with 1 person and she really did not pressure us into anything. They were extremely accommodating and helpful in every way. No haggling and great prices made it all a really pleasant overall experience. Thank you Krista and Royal Jaguar!

Excellent customer service; quick to respond and friendly. The car was super clean and ready at the front door for the test drive. They were transparent regarding the car’s history and provided a Carfax review. I decided to buy new rather than used, but my experience at this dealership was great.

Very diligent in trying to make contact.
The customer service was awful it’s like bullying and if you don’t buy at a terrible deal, they do
everything to try and ruin you. They ran my credit twice and I repeatedly asked them to only run it
once. These people are some of the worse in the country.

Our Centre Manager Bobby would really like an opportunity to speak with you to learn more about your credit being run more than once. Sometimes lenders will run multiple bureaus to get a better idea of your credit profile, but typically if there are multiple inquiries within the same time window they will only be counted as one credit pull. follow. Advertised a vehicle with
engine that it did not have. Had to
return the vehicle and they to
advertise the wrong engine. Very

excellent experience!.Tommy Padula was my sales agent, took the time on a Saturday late afternoon, showed me how to drive this car, Jaguars have the best suspension! compare to the other German cars. also they have the best maintenance package (free!), overall very happy with my purchase.

Was contacted with in 10 minutes of my request for information and set an appointment to go see the vehicle.
Upon our arrival Nathanael Clarke had the vehicle up front waiting for us.
The overall purchasing experience was very low pressure and accomading.
I would totally recommend Royal Automotive Group for the purchase of a vehicle.

Bad: Claiming they couldn't offer a discount
because the difference between invoice and
MSRP was only $2,200 even though I was
going to order the vehicle and wait til February
or March for it to come in.

Tried to sell me this 2008 LR Sc that has been wrecked, its from the
auction. The right fender has been replaced, bumper hood and new
fender have been repainted, Head light is still broken but Oh no, it
has a clean Car Fax. Their full of Bull !
