I received responses from several sales people at Royal Kia, and while every one of them asked if I had any
questions none of them actually answered my question. I actually had an interest in two different cars listed on the
Royal website and was going to decide which I preferred based on their answer, but never received a reply.

They responded quickly and although I didn't buy the used car I was looking for, they found me a new one. They gave me a very good price and I ended up buying them the car, very good service!

I ended up not buying because on closer inspection this just isn’t the right car for me but the dealer was helpful and while the sales person was clearly trying to make a sale, it was balanced with respect. I would go back there in a minute.

Excellent experience purchasing our new 2021 Telluride. Taylor and Tom worked with us throughout the
process and provided excellent communication. Pickup was simple and hassle free. Would recommend

I promptly received a call letting me know that the car I was interested in had been sold. They
would let me know if any others became available.
After 40 years of experience buying cars, I found Royal Kia a pleasant surprise. The sales
person did everything, except the appraisal. We were turned over to the manager for the
appraisal of our car but this actually turned out to be a very pleasant 'inter-active' experience
with the manager giving us an appraisal which was way above Kelly Blue Book appraisal. The
sales person even doubled as the finance person--no hidden fees and no high pressure sales.
It was nice to have to deal with just one person. I am surprised that other car dealers have not
followed their example. Royal Kia is doing everything right and made our car buying
experience a very good experience indeed. We will return.

purchased veh from them -very nice no pressure
We could not get together on a deal, too far apart on the price. Too much upside down on my trade I need to pay it down a little more by then my credit score will be a little
higher so I can get a better finance rate and keep the payment where I can afford it. I am retired on a fixed income so it is all about the numbers. I can not afford to go any
higher on my payment, any deal will work if you throw enough money at it.

Very understanding. I have a small auto payment and was trying to
do a refinance on my home so I could get a newer suv, however
interest rate was to high so that deal was not feasible. Without the
refinance I can only afford what I’m paying now. I appreciate your
time. Having said that, if you receive a older used car that is
affordable I would consider a purchase. I know your time is valuable
and I am ok for now. Thank you. Mr. Vasquez is very understanding
to my medical condition which limits me. Again, if circumstances
change I will only deal with this dealership. Mario

Very friendly staff over the phone!!
Dealer was very quick to respond. They made regular follow up calls. Almost
all personnel were extremely cordial and polite. Test drive was absolutely
fantastic. The salesman could not have done his job any better. However,
we could not come to an agreement on the price of the vehicle, so no
purchase.

Listed "contact for special online price" but online price was the local price and the one on cargurus listing. Was misleading in my opinion. On site they tried to take advantage of my sister by over pricing and pushing add on options that were over priced as well.

I purchased a used trade in at Royal Kia. Their staff was amazing, their finance department worked hard and fast, and when I had a hiccup with my vehicle, their service department fixed it efficiently. They were great!

blown up with 4 to 6 calls daily email several times not once
did they send car fax or even acknowledge my requests.
Pushy demanding. I have never dealt with a company like

Don't come through with what they promise. I bought a used car and it did not have the jack handle, the lug wrench, or an owners manual. I asked for these items and they even gave me a paper that promised they would get me these items. It has been over 3 weeks and no items and they won't call me back.

I emailed the dealership on Sunday with a question on box length Monday kyle called me and we made a appointment for Wenseday I told him i would give him a deposit he said that is not necessary called him back Tuesday too see if he was there , told him i was on my way he said good,i drove 250 miles from my place too Tuscon when we were six blocks from the dealership kyle called too tell us that another salesman just sold it. he said he was sorry . I turned around and drove home 250 more miles.after my 500 mile day for nothing i am still mad. Would not buy anything from a dealer that allows that too happen.I am gonna give them free advertising and call Joe with trouble shooters on TV for more advertising. thanks Pepper

Seem to be a great company. Bought a 2007 Nissan Titan. Battery
was dead within 4 days and they replaced it with a new one, right now,
no muss no fuss. No high pressure, Lifetime engine, transmission,
drive line warranty. Doesn't get better than that.
