Very smooth super fast no problems I will recommend this place to family and friends
A few days ago, I emailed this dealership asking for the final out-the-door price of a vehicle. Instead of providing a clear answer, they turned the whole process into a complete joke.
One time, they said they would send me a link about trade-in — even though I never mentioned trade at all.
Another time, they asked if I wanted a “regional price,” despite the fact that I had clearly stated I wanted the price based on my ZIP code.
Multiple times they said, “We forwarded it to the sales manager, he will contact you,” but of course, no one ever called.
The conclusion is obvious: when a dealer refuses to provide a transparent price, it means their pricing is fake, misleading, and nothing short of a scam.
In such a highly competitive market, it’s shocking how a dealership like this can even stay in business — by mocking customers, wasting their time with irrelevant emails, and completely ignoring direct questions.ZERO STAR

Royal Cars connected with me immediately after I submitted my request, they were not aggressive at all however. I wanted to buy a very specific car and they
had the exact car in the exact car exterior and interior color I wanted. I did my research very well and before I bought this car I looked up every last detail. Royal
Cars gave me a price that was less than recommended Kelley Blue Book price. The Car Fax report was amazing, the previous owner was very meticulous. This
is not a very well known model and since I've bought it, everyone that has seen it thinks it's a brand new car. I am so happy with this car and have never had
such a positive and easy car buying situation before. I definitely give Royal Cars 5-Stars and would recommend them to my family and friends.
Zack and his team are patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and most importantly transparent, even going as far as showing me the breakdown of the total amount they have invested in
a vehicle. He allows his customers to do their homework when purchasing a used car and does not pressure them into an agreement that they may not be comfortable with.

I called Royal Cars and informed them that I really need a car but i have poor Credit and i can put 3k down after i spoke to Zack he asked me couple of questions about my income and other and promised me he can finance me, i didn’t believe because before to go Royal Cars i got declined by three different dealers i trust him and filled up my credit app and send him my paystubs believe or not he got call me less than 30 minutes with good news of approval on gorgeous convertible Audi that i was looking for it with amazing monthly payment of bellow 300$ I highly recommend this dealer to everyone they are really honest and no extra fees on their contract thank you Royal Cars.

Recently i have been in the market of Buying a Car that had met all my needs, affordable, luxury, and very sporty. Looking at RoyalCars inventory he had met all my requirements, i had came across this very clean audi A4 which was in pristine condtion and considering the price of the current car market Value, Royal Cars couldn’t have made it any easier for me, although i didn’t end up going through the purchase, considering i had very low down payment. The team at Royal are spot on! Spot on being friendly, trusting and professional. Their team is very professional and polite. The process was stress free and pleasant. I found out too late About this dealership...I purchased a car elsewhere and had buyers remorse. An agent (Gabi?) Was helpful in telling me how over charged I was!!! Next time I buy a car I'm coming back to Royal.

I emailed about a Lexus, Zack responded quickly and we scheduled a test drive. When I arrived Eddie got the test drive
started. I purchased the Lexus with a clean registration and with the car valued $1,500 less than KBB current value.

Called in about the 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT and spoke with the manager or owner. He was honest and straightforward when we got to talking about price. He would not budge on OTD pricing so I didn’t end up purchasing the car. However, I am glad he was honest and straightforward about everything.
