I contacted a salesperson, went to Tucson to look at the car after giving them a deposit to hold it until I could look at it. Then I purchased the vehicle. It was a one owner that was in literally perfect condition. I had a very good experience with Royal and would do business with any of their dealerships going forward.

Worst experience ever. Took a test drive in a truck last week from there. Got a mile down the road and it was not running right. I pull off the main road and park. I called Luis and told him I didnt feel comfortable driving it back that he and his guys need to come and pick up his truck and drive myself and my two kids back. I told him there was something really wrong with it and didnt want to cause anymore damage. He insisted it would be fine and just drive it back. So i agree. I hang up and go to out my seat belt on...my seat belt isnt even attached to the truck!!! I press on. 1/2 mile up speedway the truck seized up and turned off. I try to turn it back on, que the smoke coming from under the hood. I know it wasn't on fire but it seemed like it would catch any moment. So i got my kids unbuckled from the back seat and a couple of amazing strangers help me get out of the middle of speedway with an infant and toddler. I called Luis and told him to come get his truck it's on speedway

Good experience overall. I was in and out with a newer vehicle in just over two hours. The vehicle was detailed and turned over to me spotless with a tank of gasoline. It had almost 1.5k more miles than advertised online though not a deal breaker the "haggle free" market rate didn't come down at all. The lobby was clean and had a fancy coffee machine, I noticed the employees still drank starbucks. I'm not sure I got the best price or interest rate that I could have gotten thus the three star rating but I needed something quickly and I got what I wanted and I'm happy with the vehicle. Overall I'm satisfied just not five stars worth.

Somebody got a deposit on this one before I did. However they found another low mileage trade in and contacted me right away and I am in the process of purchasing it. The feedback was excellent and I'll probably contact them again when I need to purchase my next vehicle. My son was also very impressed and will shop there also.

They had the car detailed to the point it looked new, they put 4 new tires on it, a new battery, and a full tank of gas! Who does that on a $4400 car? As a topper, they warrantied it for two months or three thousand miles bumper to bumper and the drivetrain for as long as we own the car. I couldn’t have asked for more from a dealership! The sales person, Scott, was very helpful.

We have opened up a complaint with cargurus to see what they can do to speed up their inventory accuracy. The dealer e-mailed me, saying that the car was sold, two days after I tried to contact them. No other contact with the dealer. So I feel like these adds are just a come-on.

I have bought 2 cars from Royal and I have been very happy with both experiences! The no haggle pricing was more than fair in comparison to other dealerships, and they gave me 2 dozen roses, one for my daughter and one for me.

Dealt with a man named Mario, he went out of his way to meet our every demand. We got the Warranty Forever on the vehicle we chose. The team there is awesome! Not to mention when we closed the deal, he handed me a dozen red roses with babys breath.
