Was very lacking in communication. Didn't feel like they wanted my business, and I was ready to buy a vehicle. Very unfortunate.

They send you absolutely nothing. When you ask for a week, they never answer calls, return calls, and then when you show up, they tell you, “Oh, we sold it yesterday”. They are the stereotype of a “buy here pay here”.

I asked the dealership several times over the course of 3 weeks, and I never received the pictures that I inquired about. The reached out about a week after I sent the inquiry, but never followed back.

Although Patrick is a nice guy The whole dealership seems to be kind of sketchy, The truck that I test drove had some issues with it and I asked them to fix it before we make a deal The sales manager insisted I make the deal before the issues were fixed. In my mind that is just bad business. They're concern was loan to value however priced at $13,000 and it's rated for as much as 16,500 they had plenty of room to fix the truck and make a deal.

The dealer was cordial and nice. Answered all my questions. I will be back in touch when I get my money right because I’m really interested in that vehicle.

I’ve been trying trying to buy a car from this guy for over a week. After days of trying to reach through CarGurus i finally was able to talk to an agent called Omar. First call was fine he sent me a link tried to apply on it, I did and reached out saying I need a co-applicant so I did fill out that information but after that he just stopped responding, to calls to messages. After days I was able to connect to dealership and they connected me to the same guy, he says to me then after 4 days that he dint receive my co-application nevertheless I still gave him information. He said he’ll talk to the finance and call me he did call asked me if I’m willing to increase the down payment because of not a good credit score I said yes. He quoted an amount I said i am willing but first let’s try for something a little lower than that, if that doesn’t go through then we can go ahead with his quote. And he stopped responding after that and today I got to know they sold car to someone else.

Very unprofessional, selling vehicles with severe maintenance issues. Had to return the vehicle back to the dealership. Waiting for a refund for the down Payment. Dealership failed to contact me in regarding the return of refunding my down Payment. This dealership has a record of "Piss Poor" customer service!! This is highly unacceptable!!! The dealership is very unprofessional!!

My guy Gabriel was very understanding while I searched for the right car. I drove a couple of cars and ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from the dealership strictly because I felt the cars were sub par. The folks were very nice and Gabriel took care of me all the way through, I just wish the cars were in a little better condition.

I need to hear back about more features of the car, otherwise they were very good about getting me the information I needed to make a good decision.

Really awful experience, do not go here. After communicating with a sales rep “Samuel“ for over 24 hours and coordinating a cash deal, I traveled 2.5 hours from Clearwater to Orlando to pick up an SUV. Upon arrival it was found to have major cosmetic and paint issues, along with alignment and Electrical system indicators going off in the test drive. Worst of all there were actually live cockroaches in the vehicle it had not been well maintained or detailed for resale. The owner who could not provide a business card or any record of legitimate business in the office. Phone number is ringing to a business Performing collections who promises a call back; callbacks do not happen. This place clearly sells damaged and responsibly maintained vehicles and attempts to cover them up with armor-all and spray paint - Live bugs (German cockroaches) in the vehicle - wack!
