The price that was disclosed on the site (which we could afford) was one thing but, the additional fees the dealership wanted was another. We already figured in for tax, title and tags. Yet the amount of the additional fees was ridiculous. Nearly an additional 8 grand more. The salesman was good and tried his best. Yet, we could not get over the additional fees of the price. NOT TRUE DISCLOSURE!! Felt the price was a way to sucker you in!

Many hidden fees which added many many thousands to the asking price.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH
THEM! The only reason they've gotten 1 star is
because I
can't go any lower. Called them and asked
specifically if they were note any fees not shown,
other than taxes
and tags, and they said no, so I drove 2.5 hours to
see the Armada, only to be hit with a 5000 fee for
it being a
Certified pre-owned (when we got there, the car
had several paint chips, the front grill was
damaged and it had
a 10 inch crack in the windshield. 2000 for 1 year
of lojack (to buy the top level lojack and have
installed is
1200), 400 government fee (doesn't exist), and a
950$ documentation fee (for DE, it's 454), and
then on top of
all that, did not want to negotiate.

Even though the salesman was good, the dealership was not. I came with a
large deposit and my own pre-approved financing making this a guaranteed
sale on a car they had for over 57 days! Ive purchased many cars in my
lifetime, over 14 cars, so I was prepared for taxes and doc fee, yet the
dealership added almost $10,000 (that is not a typo!) in fees on top of the
advertised price making the final cost of this vehicle falling just under
$40,000! So buyers beware!!

The were very accomadating. No high pressure. Followed up with a call to see if everything was going ok.
they added $7k on top of a 2023 BMW X7 with
Internet price $54k , that makes the price jumped
from $54K to $61k .
Then I asked them to give me a total amount of
monthly payment with a break down of all fees, they
even added in extra $2k more on the financing
agreement after they ran hard checking my credit
score.
I drove 2 hours test drove the vehicle & found out after the test drive that vehicle had already been sold.

They don’t seem to communicate internally. I got contacted way too much with the same questions posed about purchasing this vehicle. 1 star because of the hidden fees performed to “recondition” the vehicle that aren’t even in the CARFAX.

I was told the car I was looking at received a 127 point inspection. When I inquired about the inspection report I was told it did not get that
inspection but only a short 30 point inspection that said the front and rear brakes needed immediate replacement. So I asked for the work
order to show they were replaced and it turns out they only did half the job (Front only) not the rear.

Verified list price prior to driving 2 hours.We get there.They told us there was some sort of paint protection that couldn't be removed and they need an extra $3000.Refused to do anything with it ended up having to walk out. If there was anything.

Drove over an hour to see a truck that was listed for
$35k. Get there salesman met me outside. he went
to get the truck, as I'm waiting another customer
pulls in parks right next to me. I'm looking at the
truck salesman dissappears inside. Comes back too
say he won't be going on test drive with me he has to
do something (which was odd to me). A shop guy
came with me and sat in the back (again odd) I came
back and salesman said the other customer was
working out a deal for that truck. So he was working
both me and the other guy. Then came back and said
there was 3300 fees for low jack and something else
WHAT!!!! After all the fees truck was close to $41k
what a horrible experience, horrible salesman, all

i should have listened to previous reviews. they add surprise fees to inflate the sale price. they promise and
swear the listed price is the sale price minus the addition of given costs for sales tax, doc fees and plates.
surprise surprise, i drove 1.5 hrs each way to learn they have an extra fee for dealer installed options.
i confirmed all before going with a rep named renee. very professional but very misleading.

I went to Rt. 23 Nissan in Butler to make a deal and drive home with a pre-owned vehicle. But I left when I was told that the dealer forces an additional $2,995 on top of the price for a low jack system in the car. I couldn't believe I was going to be forced to pay for an add-on that the car didn't have installed yet.
On my way home, I got a call saying that because I served my country, the fee would be dropped, and the low jack would not be installed. Also, the price is firm and I have to finance utilizing the dealers finance company. So I couldn't pay cash or use my own financial institution.
I drove almost an hour to get there, then over an hour to get home for everything to change all sudden, but on the dealers' terms.
So the very next day, the dealer calls me and asks what they can do for me to come back. But, they would not even entertain anything. Not but a blink of an eye later, they lower the price of the vehicle online. The price changed within 24hrs & didn't tell me

Like other reviews the price on CarGurus is not accurate. Called to discuss vehicle, they gave me some information and then I wanted to
discuss numbers. They said they would work on it and get back to me. I called the next day and was told they would get right back to me. 3
hours later they told me the price was $5000 more than listed! Reconditioning fees plus an $800 document fee did not include the tax or dmv
fee. Their best out the door price was $6500 higher than their advertised price, only $3000 of that was taxes. I'm not at all happy and wont be
shopping at Route 23 Nissan.
They sold the car to my wife with no floor
mats, and when I called for the Mats they
stated the car never came with. Also make
sure ask for the out the door price. Their
prep fees added up real quick towards a
new car price!!!

Bait and switch. Car is listed for one price, but
once you actually get the final price they add
close to $3-4k in fees. Had trouble getting
someone to give a final price, someone said
they'd call and never did. I called the next day
and was told the price for the car was $3-4k
higher than what was listed on cargurus. When
questioned about it, the sales guy said it was
due to inspections costs, etc. Have had very
similar experiences with other dealerships in
the same state. Beware.

I found the dealer to be disingenuous because the listing included lots of things that they wanted extra for once
I said I wanted the car. They tried to charge me for their inspection and new tires, oil change and a long list of
other things so that the final was more than 20 percent higher than the listing which had all those things
included. After that I didn't want to negotiate it down because I saw that they were liars and couldn't be trusted.

They filled out paperwork and it showed $16,693 as the price. I said I wouldn't pay that. The
salesman asked me what I would pay - I said $15,000. He checked with his boss and said they
would sell it for the advertised price, which was $14,894. He went away and came back with a
stack of papers highlighted where to sign, which I did. I told him I would pay in check and gave
him one for $5,000 down. He said there was a fee if I didn't finance. Anyway, I liked the car and
went ahead. I told him I could pick up the car on Thursday and would bring the balance. I had to
drive back over 300 miles so I asked how long it would be. He said it would be all preped and
ready to go - only 10 minutes. He called the day before and said he would not be there but Moe
would take care of me and asked if I could still do 2PM and I said yes. When I got there on
Thursday, Price was $16,693 plus other fees - I didn't get my copies of paperwork for a few days.

Horrible experience. I asked them out of the door price and they told me that out of the door price is almost $11k more than their posted price.
When I asked them to break it down why it will cost me $11k more, I didn't hear anything other than a salesman trying to sell another vehicle.
They also told me that if I bring a check for the full amount then they will add 5% more since I am not financing with them which is I think kinda

Very difficult to get accurate info. Good initial call. Then told the next day she would answer my few questions when she could check in the car. Never followed up other then asking if I was coming to see car. I asked question again- was told she sent window sticker so I had my answer. Window sticker didn’t answer if tires were changed. She was nasty when I pointed that out. All communication was through text. I was taken back by her responses and when I told her I wasn’t interested she kept texting. Very rude sales person.

Good customer service
Talked with Nancy and was told the price of $36,444 was plus documentation, temp tag fee, and my taxes would be paid in my
home state. I asked several times "are there any other fees" and I was told no and she would have a salesperson contact me.
Called 3 times today to get a salesperson and I finally got Martin. Martin told me $36,444 plus roughly $2k Inspection and $1900
certification, plus my tax and tags in my home state. Now I expect this type of bait and switch from independent dealers but not from
a factory type of dealer like Nissan. I would rather get a root canal than deal with a dealer that pulls this kind of numbers game.
I purchased the vehicle pictured, however the listed price was misleading. It was reportedly based on a buyer who would finance the purchase. Plus, there was an extra fee for certified pre-owned vehicles, which is hard to fathom. Liked the salesman and Sébastien, the closer, but wish the price was more transparent.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. I reached out multiple times and never received a response. I called and was told someone would return my call and they never did. Incredibly disappointing and unimpressed. Would have expected more from a BMW dealership.
I was ready to buy but dealer kept giving me the running around on buying this car. First that they were replacing oil pan and an alignment next time I went was told they ddnt finish the inspection. Third time ddnt even get a response. Too much run around when I am willing to buy the car.

At this point I'd say I'm not at all happy with this dealer. They have decent prices but zero communication skills. I'd say they care about getting the sale The End. I'm still awaiting a windshield replacement and dealing with their service has been atrocious..

Quick an knowledgeable
Contacted this dealer today, for the advertised
price of 42,000 and change. Offered to buy it
for that price, with whatever their
documentation fee was I believe itâs 699 in the
fine print IThey came back at me first saying it
would be an additional $6000 to certify and to
recondition an 11,000 mile car that was a one
owner car. I politely declined and asked for the
sales manager, got him on the phone, and he
told me that he would be happy to let the car
go for almost $46,000, and I said what about
the advertised price. He said oh thatâs for
people who finance . Would not recommend
Prompt response however they weren’t willing to negotiate on price as the car is ridiculously overpriced .

The price that is posted online is pure deception.
As a consumer you take advantage of “PAYMENT CALCULATOR” and down payment amounts etc… You do this to see if the car amount will fit your life & budget ……
It’s all to draw you in like bait on hook, before you know it, you’re filleted & fried.
There was more than $7,000 in dealer fees & this was all before taxes & the cost of title & plates ….
The people were nice BUT the business is extraordinarily deceptive …….

Incredibly responsive from the start. Negotiated the deal over text with Leslie who is in charge of internet sales. I was nervous that the paperwork might indicate something different when I went in, but all terms and prices were exactly as discussed. The level of service was incredibly high. Mark in sales walked through all the technology and features with me, and even followed up with a phone call to make sure I didn’t have any questions. They had even offered to come deliver the car to my house and pick up my trade! Excellent experience. I would highly recommend them. I’ve had such a negative experience car shopping with another Nissan dealer, that they have restored my faith in the brand. Purchase your Nissan from them, you won’t go wrong.

Awful dealer! They post prices on their website and on the national search sites that are competitive with other dealerships in the region and countrywide. I researched high and wide and found
just the car I wanted there. However, they add a "market value price adjustment" and a "customer loyalty adjustment" and the price was now nearly $6,000 higher. I promptly got up to leave,

Route 23 Nissan made my purchase quick and easy. I would ask for Johnson as he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The finance manager helped me work out the exact deal that I was hoping for. Truly a first class experience.

After setting an appointment the day prior to going to look at the car, they sold it before I got there with no call to inform me it was sold. I drove 2 plus hours for them to attempt to sell me some other random car in their lot
Have had a number of conversations with the internet sales person Gerald Cambell in reference to ours chasing the car. Unfortunately I missed a appointment called the next day to come in to see the car. I called to make sure the car was still available they said yes. I get to the Dealer they tell me it was just sold. I have purchased many cars before it doesn’t take a 1/2 hot more like 2 hrs. They were lying to my face. Bad customer service not even a apology

Unfavorable! They have 5000 dealer feee that is added the internet listing. Very misleading and never have seen a fee like that amount before. Sales manager back out on all negotiations salesman had agreed with no counter cause he said he could get more for the car. Difficult to have confidence in future issues being resolved responsibly. So probably worked out for the best. Never had this kind experience with any of the many cars have bought in my life.

I was disappointed that the internet price that was listed was not the price that was quoted to me. Since I wasn't going to finance through the
dealer, the sales manager I spoke to initially wanted to add $3000 in dealer fees. After telling him that was over my budget, he called me back
to say he would not add these dealer fees, but then proceeded to add $1400 in additional dealer fees (documentation, theft etching, and state
fees). I felt this was underhanded. I know that there are documentation fees, but thought this was way too much. I purchased a vehicle
elsewhere and paid $80 in fees. I felt dishonest that he wasn't up front about the cost of the van.

$2,000 in fees to certify a bmw when they can’t as a Nissan dealer then another $2,000 in fees to prep the car. Gave an absurd monthly payment but wouldn’t tell me the rate that got them to that payment. Then lied about the vehicle theft report and history. Made up a story about a employee taking the car but car fax shows a completely different story. They live up to the used car salesman stereotype.

I called up and ask what is the restoration fee?
They said, oh its our fee to get the car reconditioned for resale,

The Car-gurus price they listed was Not the price. They added $4500 to “recondition” the car. Took them 3 hours to get the paperwork done. I did not see until the next day that two tires need to be replaced, bald tires wouldn’t pass inspection. Not sure how they could ever miss that while reconditioning a car with only 31k miles???
I felt very slimy with the entire experience.

I would never purchase from this dealer. They tried to charge me an additional $3,000 for costs associated with making the car eligible to sell. Completely unacceptable. Also they were cavalier about Covid precautions, I could tell the car had not been sanitized before I test drove it.
Price is not the price posted , $4,000 in extra fees the truck was over $34,000 . A gimmick dealers pull. They list a price to lure you in then they come out with all these extra fees. Stay away from dealers that do that ,not honest upfront so why should you trust them in selling you a car. Also filled out a credit app and another dealer called telling me.i was pre approved, I asked them how they got my credit app they said they received it by emailed. Called up this dealership asking how another dealership got my credit application with all my information on it they said they weren't sure!!!! They were going to look into it. Stay away from places like this!!!
