Took 20 min or so to be seen. Dealer picked up the wrong car and we had to go to the garage ourselves with the dealer to go pick up the car I actually called for . Absurd add on price that was not necessary for out the door price for a used car .
Working with this team to purchase my new vehicle was the BEST decision that I could have made. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire testing and buying process, and even took care of some minor issues with the car before the sale. Very happy with my purchase and the experience. Thanks!

so this dealership they show you the price is 18 995 but in reality it’s like $10,000 more they say it’s less just to get you in the building yeah I don’t know I don’t like those people

Route 17 Mitsubishi stated they will not honor ANY of what was stated
in their Cargurus ad. They will not deliver (though the ad states $999
delivery fee is built into price), would not honor or discuss trade-in
value.
Flatly stated the owner does NOT work with Cargurus.

Horrendous customer service. I was interested in a car at
43k and i offered them 40k. Got a text from an "AB" on a
different phone number questioning my ability to
purchase the vehicle if my budget was 40k. Then,
continued to text an email when I'd like to see the car as
if he hadn't texted me from his personal cell phone
before.The customer service is just terrible. Stay away
from these guys! Ended up buying a much better vehicle
from another dealer.

Look, go in...talk to these guys! They are wonderful! Great salesmen, not pushy! Instead of pushing me into a
more expensive car, they helped me make a great decision on the perfect Outlander for me! They helped me
every step of the way! I had my heart set on an outlander sport, but after driving it...I knew I was wanting
something a bit bigger and a little more luxurious. They helped me get a 2021 GMC Terrain SLE AWD! I
honestly don't have enough great words for the whole team! They are absolutely amazing and so helpful! Keep

Horrible experience. Did not purchase a vehicle there. Asking approximately $2000.00 plus over original sticker price
when new 3 years ago and 36331 miles less. The owner is condescending and arrogant, needed to be put in his
place, so I did. He needs to treat people with respect. So glad I walked away, spoke to some very nice salesman at
other dealerships, and in the process of a purchase now from elsewhere. The dealership building is dark and dingy,
not inviting. STAY AWAY

This dealership is a jewel in Mitsubishi's crown. Their service dept is fabulous, fast and efficient.
Their staff is outstanding in customer service, and they are willing to do more to get the best deal
possible. I left in a 2021 Acura ILX FWD with Premium and A-SPEC Package, and I really love it!
If you want to drive Mitsubishi and want to get the best deal for it, this is the place to visit.

Had an appointment scheduled, when I got there the salesman was busy. Waited about a half hour until we settled for a test drive with one of the lot mechanics. After the test drive salesman with a different customer. Clear disconnect. Don’t think they cared much for used car buyers as much as their newer buyers. Also car listed online for 32k on the window it said 38k. Very disappointed, I liked the car.

I was very satisfied in how they help me out in getting the right car at the right price.
He was a bad saleman rep he barely gave much of info He kept leaving from the desk to attend other customers when he wasnt finished with me the car was dirty I had to ask for the car to be service He was not good on explaining the details of the process.
