They are very attentive and great communication. I thanked them for their time.
I went there and I waited for almost an hour. When the agent came he said he had the car but that I couldn’t test drive it. When we went outside it was the wrong car. I showed him the car I came for and he went inside. He then said that the car I came for had been sold that morning. I texted with them that morning and they didn’t say anything to me about the car not being there. I spent $40 on Ubers for nothing. They should have told me the car was sold before I came all that way. I’m still pissed!
Wouldn’t shop here if it was the last dealership ever selling vehicles. Sales staff had absolutely no knowledge of anything going. Had an appointment to come in a purchase a vehicle, sales called to confirm appointment throughout the day. Only to be called later and told that the actual price was almost $3000 higher than advertised price, AFTER I HAD ALREADY PUT $1000 deposit on the vehicle. Not to mention, after to speaking to multiple sales managers, I was then notified that the vehicle I put a deposit on was sold at auction. WITH NO NOTICE ON THE DAY I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I would have shown up after driving an hour to the dealership to find out that the vehicle I put a deposit on was in fact no longer available. Terrible experience.

Had a great experience with Rt. 128 Honda. They were quick to reply to my request, and were helpful and professional throughout the process. New ownership is doing a great job!

âI purchased this car for including doc fees for 26500. There was an issue with the driver seat. I brought it back within 24 hours. They said they would fix it for $3000 if I
wanted to upgrade to leather upholstery for more padding. They also said I could trade it in for a new vehicle but would now only give me $21000 towards for the trade in.
Things you'd expect at any dealership. Some fast talkers and miscommunication between staff. The sales person I had. Mike G., was good. Definitely was willing to work with us even if others weren't. Biggest inconvenience was that nothing was electronic while doing paperwork. So no choice but to go into the dealership itself.
Scheduled a test drive for when the dealership opened the next morning and dealer texted
me to say they looked forward to me coming in. Showed up and they left me sitting in an
empty showroom for 20 minutes then told me the car was sold. Told me they had another
car and then let me sit for another 20 minutes. When I told the manager I would post a
negative review, he told me he would reach out to my employer.
They need to do better with prospective customers, including not threatening them.

I have been searching for dealerships that are not charging a ridiculously high Market Adjustment fee or unnecessary over priced dealer add ons like a 2 year protection plan for Nitrogen in Tires ($599) Wheel locks ($295) plus Doc fees and then their dealer greedy market adjust fee ($1500) . They sure want to squeeze whatever they can get away with. But when it comes to your trade in they always want to low ball you on the price? The market is going to shift when it does you won’t find me at 128 Honda.
Dealer never responded to email inquiry. Had to go in person. Despite many dealers getting rid of consumer-harming “market adjustment” markups this dealer still proudly boasts that they still charge their customers extra.
Went in with a reasonable budget for a new or used vehicle and was basically told we would have to wait indefinitely while they attempt to get new inventory while also having to pay more for the vehicle they don’t even have.
Went to another dealer and bought a brand new vehicle, no wait and no markup.
Overall felt rushed and not respected through the whole experience at 128 Honda.
I can't post my entire experience here because of the character limitation, so I will provide a more succinct version here:
-I agreed to buy a Honda Pilot from them and put down a $2k deposit on my order. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks before I received it.
-After 4 weeks and no updates, I reached out to the salesman and he told me he would get back to me and then left the company and nobody got back to me. The new
salesman said the car was still 6-8 weeks away so I bought it elsewhere and asked for my deposit back, which when they accepted it, they told me it was "illegal to keep a
deposit" multiple times. Now when I asked for it back, they told me they weren't sure and then stopped answering or returning my calls and voicemails. I had to go through my
credit card company to get my money back. Avoid this place.

The person that we had arranged to meet at a specified time was otherwise occupied and
just passed us off to the next available salesperson without so much as an introduction or
apology. Salesperson was polite, but first started by taking down all our personal and
contact information without asking what we were looking for or what our limits were. We
did get to test drive the vehicle we came to see but decided not to purchase it. The vehicle
was not ready to be presented, the inside was dirty, the ride verified it had been driven
close to 100K miles, and we just did not feel comfortable with the overall experience.

called about the TL type S and asked why it was

Overall car prices are good but prime honda certification is joke and service is nill....I bought 19K 2016 honda accord which is prime certified and they were about to give it to me without any remote key but actually just manual old key with no remote, Online AD said remote keyless entry for the car...I had to plead for it n take the case to manager to get only one remote key....After I bought it, week later car came up with a flat tire. I knew they sold me car with 2 old tires which was in inspection report....I could have picked up flat while driving myself too but just because it happened in one week of buying I am not sure if flat was already there or not. I thought they will take care for it free atleast as it's prime certified car n bought 1 week ago but nope...they made me pay to fix it....not buying from them again.
I called and left messages with Chuck the manager but he didn't bother call me back. No interest in fixing the issue.

They were very responsive to our messages and we did go down for a test drive and the car was very nice and all. Unfortunately my wife fell in love with another Escape in which she fell in love with. Hopefully someday in the future we can do business.

Contacted this dealer about a Honda Civic R, was told it was sold before it hit the dealership yet they had it advertised on here for weeks. It’s just a way fir them to collect people’s info so they can bug you for weeks and months to come.

Do not buy cars from this dealer!!!!! They will not treat you seriously and do not even contact you actively. I
used to want to buy this car and I already pay for it. However, when I test drive it I heard a little bit weird sound
and I ask them to check for it. They said it only needs to take one week. Week after week, they keep extending
the date and keep breaking the promise. Not one time they reach me actively, only wait until I asked them then
tell me what progress they were now. It is a horrible company and untrustable. Do not buy any car from them.

The salesman Adolfo was too busy doing nothing to do his job. He didn't even introduce himself to me when asked by someone else that greeted me before going to get the internet person I spoke with. He waited for THAT person to greet me and then get him to say hi. Waste of time. Been in the business 15+years so I know how it works and was prepared. He didn't want to run my credit for accurate rates once i told him I was putting $0 down. Look somewhere else. Not to mention car was advertised with good tires and had cheap tires on it when I arrived. Car has been on the lot for couple months- probably bc the salespeople aren't interested in doing their jobs- and the next day they actually RAISED the price as if that will help them...

Worst experience ever. Called set up appointment with Tina. Got there Abe was my sales person. Felt rushed because they had somebody waiting to take the car to another dealership Abe “ see that guy over there he is waiting to take the car.” Took Abe 15min to find plates and another 25 to get car ready. I decided that I wanted to purchase the car but my mom would be buying it and I’ll co-sign. Abe said ok. I filled out all the paperwork with my mom info as the buyer and wrote my deposit check. Abe then went and ran my credit even tho I wasn’t listed as the buyer. He then informed me if I wasn’t taking it for $337 for 60 months without my mom. He can’t sell it to me. His boss came out to explain, the bottom line was that their partner store was paying the full price to have it delivered to them that day for a buyer who didn’t even buy it. I would stay away form the entire Prime Motor Group company, this is my 2nd bad experience with this organization.

Good. Salesman Erick agreed if it didn’t feel right, don’t buy. Manager suggested I sit in Honda Fit and it felt much better. He suggested I return when ready to buy.
Returned the next week to drive the Honda Fit. Salesman Erick was good. There was some pressure at the end by Sales Manager which I did not appreciate though I did appreciate his showing me things about the Honda Fit that helped me decide to buy.
Listing accurate. No wiggle room in price. I would recommend to a friend.

It was okay. They seemed to have trouble finding the car on the lot, or at least
wouldn't let me see it without an appointment. So I had to make two trips, once I
had an appointment. They let me take the car out for a test drive and were willing to
let me take it to a mechanic if I was interested in buying. That said, the check engine
light was on, it had summer tires in below freezing weather, and the sales person
commented how most women, like me, don't know how to drive stick. #eyeroll

I had to buy a car quickly because the engine seized on mine so I was hoping not to spend too much as I wasn't prepared for it. I got a nice used Honda CRV which is great, although I still believe I paid too much. The sales people are nice, but they pulled the bait and switch with the financing in the end. I was originally told 6% on a used vehicle and it ended up being 10%. I had already been waiting over three hours for the paperwork when I went to pick up the car, so I let it go, but I may mention it when I go back for my inspection, or just re-finance with another bank. Otherwise, it was fine, I like the car.

I ended up buying this car I had a positive experience at Honda Gallery. The
car was as described however there were some scratches on the bumpers of
the car that I did not like. My salesman Ivan assured me they would be taken
care of by the time I picked up the car, when I picked up the car it was mint...
Super clean car fax low miles for the year. Just happy with the deal all the
way around....would I go to the Honda gallery again??? Yes

Sales experience was good and they honored the price and also did promise to do a couple of cosmetic fixes. But after I took delivery of the car it was extremely hard to get in touch with them including my sales person for an AC issue that needed to be fixed and had to drive to back to them 45 mins multiple times just to get an answer. Finally had to complain to different managers to get my issue resolved.

I missed the reply from Honda Gallery because it came back to my g-mail account in the "promotion" section, rather than the "primary/inbox" like all of the other CarGurus email replies. It was one of the few replies that honestly answered my specific questions, rather than a generic come to the dealership. I give them an A+ for honesty and a C- for content, because of the $429. document fee on purchases. For me, that is a deal breaker.

Looked at a Lexus GS 350 AWD with 18k miles on it and an Acura TLX with 5k. Both cars were terribly dinged all around to the point that I didn’t even want to test drive either one.
Was really disappointed in the condition of these vehicles, though perhaps was more disappointed that I made them my 1st of 3 stops during a snowstorm in late December.
The salesman was nice, but to me, a no haggle dealership should not be selling low mileage vehicles with body damage; if you’re not going to negotiate on price and charge as much as $28k for a low mileage newer vehicle, your cars should be in far better condition.
Honda Gallery was a waste of time for me and not at all what I was expecting.

Nice enough and willing to make a sale. The vehicle was priced higher than others equivalently listed but they were willing to up the trade value appropriately to
compensate. I didn't feel *that* comfortable buying a Subaru at a Honda dealer. They really couldn't answer all of my Subaru questions. Ultimately, if I had liked the color I
would have bought the car.
I Purchased a used Toyota Tacoma from them. The purchase agreement
included fixing a few things that I found wrong with the truck. One of
which was replacing the front skid plate. They told me everything was
fixed and I could come pick up the truck. The skid plate was never
replaced and still looks like this. Now they will not return my phone calls
and emails about it.

No response until after my visit. Went to see the vehicle personally. Not what
I expected! Was very disappointed. Had to wait for almost 20 minutes for
someone to say Hello to me, Then another 20 minutes to see the vehicle. The
car had more cosmetic and interior damage than I expected. Expected more,
but shame on me.

This dealership was great! If you ever need a recommendation for a car salesman it's Chan Sorm !!! He knew every single detail about the car inside and out. From what you should be looking for in a car to your budget on a car. The experience took just about 5 days and he was very patient with us. He's very friendly, offered a great deal of costumer service, and he knew how to answer the handful of questions we had. This dealership also had a variety of cars so even though it's a Honda dealership I left home with a great used Acura! I would recommend this place to anyone!

It was not a Transformer Edition Camaro. I asked them to transfer it to a closer dealership to my location, but never got an answer. I just checked and it appears they have sold it.

I'd contacted about 10 dealers requesting their best OTD price on a 2017
Honda Pilot EX-L. The initial communication wasn't as timely as others, and
the quoted price was among the highest few. It took way more effort than it
should have to politely communicate "Your pricing is not competitive so I'm
not interested."
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!
They advertise cars at an unbelievably low price, just to get you through the door and get you to buy another higher priced car.
They actually went back and forth between my husband and I five times. First saying the car was available, then said it was being sold when were on the phone. They called back and the car was mysteriously available only to be sold again. This went back and forth all day!
They even went as far as taking my credit card information over the phone, for a deposit on the car. They also sent me an email saying "Congrats on you new car and listed the price, less my deposit.
Then this unscrupulous dealership called back and said "we are sorry the car is sold!" So now they have my credit card information too.
This dealership is the epitome of dishonest!!!!!

Honda Gallery has been a pleasure to work with. I was looking at an S4
there, test drove, went through the whole process etc..
I was working with Chan Sorm, and he was more than accommodating
throughout my time there. Great guy, so I highly recommend him.
I was also in contact with Carlo, one of the Managers there. He was also a
pleasure to work with and not pushy at all.
I ended up purchasing a different vehicle elsewhere, but I did want to extend
my own positive experiences and highly recommend the Honda Gallery team
to anyone who might be in the market. If you are looking for quick feedback,
people that care, and don't want to be pushed around and constantly
haggled, then Honda Gallery is a great option.

I was interested in an Eclass and the communication was fine at first, but I arrived to see the car I left standing at the door. When someone did finally come over to great me the car was sold. So much for the communication?

Dealer contacted me right away. I bought the HRV and they were very easy
to deal with. Love the car and recommend the dealership.
The salespeople were very unhelpful and close to outright rude. They don't seem to care at all about their customers. Their prices are good but then they try to sneak extra fees into the final price. At the end of the day, I think you can work with them to get a reasonable deal but expect a horrible experience.

I bought this care there and got a discount from Car Gurus. The car is
gorgeous and drives great - I love it. The staff was wonderful - Junior
Rodriguez in sales was top notch and the use car manager was also
excellent. They did everything to make the deal go through quickly. There
was one glitch where I had to wait 2 hours to have a brake job done, but
overall I was very happy with their friendly, low pressure, no-antagonism
sales experience. This is so unlike other dealers!! They did not give much
for valuation for my trade in, but did negotiate some on it. They don't
negotiate on their list prices, they price to sell, but Car Gurus indicated
that their discounted price was good.
