The owner was cool till i actually test drove the car and the top wouldn't close properly, the stability control and abs lights were flashing on the dashboard along w the top still reading as open.. The Workshop supposedly did a PPI.. somehow missed all the codes, even the alarm codes triggered by an accident. Very shady all around, nobody wanted to take responsibility for the car. Feel bad for the sucker who bought it. I made an offer based on the estimated repairs i came across.. but being shady was more important. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS WELL AS THE WORKSHOP!!! I forgot to mention I live 5 hours away so finding a mechanic "of my choice" becomes a game of chance.
It's clear the Workshop didn't scan the car for codes as they were all still there, even the ones the dealer can only remove. whoever bought that car is looking at about 5K worth of repairs. we showed how to recreate the top closing fault, and they chose not to recreate the issue but show it closed another way 0 STARS!!!!

Very responsive! I was from out of state, drove there to evaluate and test drive the car. Good hospitality and attentive. My only iffy experience was when I was promised a delivery that didn't take place and had to changed my entire schedule once again. But overall good experience.

Every person I interacted with at Route110 was helpful, friendly, and made this an enjoyable experience. Michael assisted me virtually when I was searching online for cars, and kept in contact with me with updates.
He answered all of my questions and had unbelievable follow through, making sure I was well cared for all the way until my plates came in.
Financing was straightforward through local credit unions of my choice. all of my questions thoroughly, and presented additional options in a way that wasn’t pushy. I’m thrilled with the car!

Buyer beware! I live out of state and when the vehicle I bought did not pass inspection, Mike did not make it right. He boasts about selling cars out of state, but out of state, out of mind when there's a problem. Both mufflers were rotted which he should have fixed before selling. Instead of making this right so we could pass inspection on time, he insisted we return the car to Massachusetts and he didn't offer to help with this. Stay away from this dealership!

We asked for the report several times and as of today, we still have not received it. We also graciously offered multiple times to assess and repair the vehicle, free of charge. All that we asked, was to allow us to make the assessment and repairs ourselves. This is to ensure that an accurate assessment is conducted, and that the necessary repairs are completed. Mike at 110 auto was very friendly when I called him. When I showed up at the dealerships the car was already and waiting with plates on for me to test drive. He was not pushy at all printed out the Carfax for me. Mike let me set up a time to drive it to my mechanic to look at it. Unfortunately I did not buy the car. I told Mike if comes across another one to give me a call.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership! Michael responded very quickly to my emails and provided a very pleasant, no pressure atmosphere when I went for my test drive. I was looking for something very specific and another dealership ended up having that car available first so I did not end up purchasing from here. If they had found my car first I absolutely would have though!
While I hope I don't need another car anytime soon I will absolutely keep them in mind for the future and recommend to anyone I know who's looking for a car.

Route 110 Auto Sales is awesome! They responded to me very quickly when
I inquired on a vehicle. Immediately, I set up an appointment to go look at the
car in person. I met with a salesman named Michael. He was very
knowledgeable, kind and patient. I ended up buying the vehicle that same
day. I am very happy with my purchase, and absolutely love my new car! I
