Buyer Beware!! It’s true what others are saying about this dealership. They post one price online, only to increase it when you’re actually there. And don’t even think about trading in your car because they will not only increase the price of the car you looked at but they will also find ways to low ball you on your trade in, making the final purchase offer of your new vehicle about 4-5k more than the original listing price.
This review is about the 2022 Hyundai Palisade Limited AWD. I live very close to this dealership and was ready to visit the same day.
After reaching out via message, I received a welcome call from the sales team, inviting me to visit their dealership. During the conversation, I asked them to reconfirm the
price, as I was prepared to pay the listed amount and was even willing to go a few hundred dollars above it. However, they immediately claimed that the advertised price
was a "typo" and refused to honor it. In the end, the final cost turned out to be more than double the original listing. Although the communication was polite, the drastic
price increase felt misleading and unacceptable.

Professional and courteous.
The car was on the lot in great shape. We had a test drive. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the car.
Finance office was not a pressure chamber to buy additional unnecessary things.

Ruby was very helpful in schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule!
The team at Route1 where very proffessional and a pleasure to deal with. The Manager Baha Efrin was personable and made the process simple.
The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that the suv i was purchasing had no fuel in it for my scheduled test drive . They did put in a 1/2 of tank when I made the purchase which seemed a little petty.

Very friendly and professional. Only charger $250 dock fee. I got a 2011 Buick and it’s wonderful drive smooth no problems . Got car in about a hour moves very fast and reliable!!! definitely recommend.

While in the process of purchasing car they told me that I need to by an extended warranty for $3500 as a precondition to get the loan.Which is a scam. The vehicle is certified and comes with a warranty. The car sat there for 3 weeks because they sold me the car with a cracked wheel. Which sales never sent to service to be certified till we purchased the car.They promised a full detail and full tank of gas. Neither was done while the car sat there for 3 weeks waitng for a wheel and second key. Sales department is horrible a bunch of goons trying to ROB you.The Absolute WORST experience i have ever had at a dealership
I was Sooo disappointed‼️ Drove an Hr from Philly with my husband ready to buy this 2019 Toyota Avalon hybrid‼️ I Had been in touch w/ the dealership by phone, text & email. I called that day to move my appt back 1 Hr. When I arrived I was told the car was NOT there! It was SOLD a day ago!! How did nobody know this before I arrived & call me? Maybe they were holding it for someone else‼️

At first they gave me the advertised price and sent me a quote that I agreed on. I sent them deposit authorization and submitted a credit app. Then after 2 days they changed their mind and increased the price by more than 2 k for a rediculos reason that the car is a demo not a loaner. Although from the beginning I asked them is it a demo and they said yes. I have never experienced or heard such thing with any dealer before!

Well first off I was told by one of your associates we were able to finance the car we were looking at by Jose. We get there and no Jose. So wasted a 2 hour drive and 2 he's of negotiations that led to nowhere

Never got a chance to buy a car from them cause the car that I wanted was sold. But over the phone experience was great. They had overall good intentions to help me out but it just didn't go my way. Hope one day I'll have the opportunity to deal with them.

Very rewarding. I bought a 2018 instead. The salesman, Gaurav, is everything a salesperson should be.
I wish there was 10 STARS. This Dealership and Mr. Bullock were the
best contact people I have dealt with so far with my Cargurus Experience.
I cannot wait to goto this dealer and purchase my vehicle.
They have patience and understanding as a new dealer unlike others who
have high prices and other mega conglomerate dealership who sell you a
car and forget you. These guys are the real deal.
From the first phone contact you feel "Welcome" and you know you have
an honest dealership here.

Horrendous experience overall - followed to car by man 20+ years my
senior and hit on. Returned to test drive another car when the original was
sold. The sales associate, Gaurav, was extremely rude from the beginning.
The breaking point, however, was when he decided to add all of the
optional fees without my consent and raise the price dramatically.
Be warned that the list prices do not include a $500 "loyalty fee" (if it is
your first time buying from the dealership the list price automatically
increases by $500) and a $750 "used car prep" fee. Sales reps will tell you
that they didn't disclose this information because it is listed online.
Overall a dishonest company.
Asked for pictures of the 2016 genesis and they have yet to provide then. Lamonte said the car was unavailable because his boss was using as his personal car and had it at his home. Not sure if they had entered the process wrong the first time but the Price of the genesis jumped from 24k to 34k.

Only dealership to be combative over the phone defending the price listed. Who would ever pay the same price that a dealership lists?!? The buyer always needs to get
some sort of a deal. They told me to "bring in my research" and made it seem like I was going to have to present a thesis on why I think the car is priced high. Bring in my
research?! Seriously? There are several other dealerships with the same year model and trim that are way better priced. I went to two other Kia dealerships and they were
super friendly. No one asked me to present my research. I see that the internet price went down $101, oh look, still not sold. This is a great car and great trim with great
mileage. If it was priced right it would sell in a heartbeat. I would have likely bought it if the initial vibe was that I was going to get a great deal, it was in fact the opposite.
The vibe was that the dealership was going to get a great deal, not me. I bought elsewhere.

Anotherstrange dealer. Contacted them cause van was listedfor $1500. Asked about it. Never responded. Looked at van again and now it was $4000. Price error. Then tell me.think i was contacted some point after that.

Salesman seemed like a nice guy, unfortunately the cars he had to show me were junk. I will say they had very low prices hence the junk. I am guessing that they knew the car wouldn't last ( it barely limped back after test drive) so they put a cheap price on it. Didn't even clean the interior. I guess they know what they are doing to make money, I won't be going back.

I made oppointment to to buy this car. The manager call me in the morning and ask me are you coming I told him I'm on my way.this dealership 50 miles away from my place and when i reached the dealership tell sales representative Come to me and told this car was sold 2 days before.this is terrible wasting my time....

One of the worst experience i ever had was at Brad Benson
Dealership.
1) i was ignore by salesman who was more interested in
talking on his cellphone then helping a potential customer
2) They tired to sell me a car with crack windshield and no
breaks
3) They drop the price of car by $1,000 then try regain the
discount with backend fees that restore the car to his
original price
4) I found this dealership can not be trusted
5) During the test drive of car the salesman only allowed me
to drive car to next first traffic light
6) Only good point of this dealership they had a clean
restroom and drove me back to the train station

Really zero stars. Was told one thing repeatedly on the phone only to drive over an hour and discover that both the car availability and price ranges quoted were completely false. I will never go back!!!!!
