Husband drove 70 miles to look at car, cost they added additional undisclosed trade in allowance back into price, since I didn't have a trade
in, so the cost of the car was very misleading, like a bait and switch scam! See Below, starting cost is more than advertised price. This was
from so called Manager at dealership Israel Villarreal, this was after going through 2 different salespersons. Including the fact that that one
salesperson agreed to sell to me for 26,500 base price, and when asked to send breakdown in writing I received this breakdown below.

These guys are a joke. Apparently all the dealerships in the area are owned by the same person and there's literally no competition whatsoever. I went to Nissan to look at a car, got a quote, then went to the Ford dealership looking for a similar car. They literally drove the car from Nissan to Ford... THEN offered the same exact quote. I ended up buying local, thankfully. Got a beautiful car in Tallahassee. I'll never do business with this dealership or any of the joke "brother" dealerships associated with them, which includes all the car shops in this city. It really is a monopoly in this area, and feels like you're dealing with a strange cult, knowing that every dealership in the area is affiliated with one another... stay away!

This dealer charges 5,000 in fees not included in
the price of the truck. Part of this is a forced on the
consumer advantage plan costing over 2,000, will
not remove this it is dealer mandate. OTD for this
truck was 7,000 over the cost at the end of the day.
Better deals can be made at any other Nissan
dealership. Very dissatisfied with the dealer not the
salesman. Forced additional cost onto the
consumer for products they do not want should be
against the law.

When I got down there to look at this car they told me it was unavailable and then tried to sell us a Ford explore after being told that we were there to look for minivans
I went to dealership with 10k our the door agreement. When I got there my son didn’t like that car color they had another same price deal then also said my manager said you should look at the Chrysler 200, I said same price 10k out the door yes that’s what my manager said. I talked to manager he said same deal I said 10k our the door because I have a limit Tony said yes, and I’ll even fix the bullet hole. I said ok we looked kid loved went in to do paperwork Tony said I are you going to be mad if it’s 10.5 my husband nice guy said just see what you can do me I say well you already told me 10k out door??? kid comes back from manager office he said we are already selling under our price 11.5k shows me online price to prove point ok but your bogus lying manager said 10k out the door, we left. If I could give them a negative Number review I would. I liked my guy Luke but as a dealership stay away. People like Tony give car sales people a bad rep!!!

I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility on the part of their Sales
Manager, regarding the listed pricing. Although we did not specify a desired
price, the attitude was, take it or leave it.
