Purchased my car from Joe Watts. He was very courteous and helpful in purchase. If you in that area stop in and he will take excellent care of you and do what he can to get the deal done.

Bad salesman, interrupted me and my friend that wanted to come along. Add $4,000 for a package over the overall price to make it accurate.

Sierra, Sam and the ENTIRE sales crew were very helpful, friendly and worked with me to make a deal and drive away with a dream truck. It was worth the 80 mile drive and also thankful to Car Gurus app to help with shopping around and comparing prices.

Response was quick, gave me first available test drive ,fair deal on trade in ,very friendly staff.Only thing is took a while to get the final deal done due to system failures but I feel like all dealerships take 3-4 hours .They did give me $300 more towards trade in for my wait which was very appreciated .

I corresponded with this dealer via text message and drove more than one and a half hours to see a truck they were supposed to have. Once I got there they couldn’t find the truck and told me that they sold it. Don’t waste your time with this dealer.

I had a great time at Rountree-Moore Ford ,the sales guy was great .I felt this is not the right place to purchase a car if you are trying to build your credit , My experience would have been better if Ford offered a new start program.

The car was sold the Saturday before the Monday morning we were to drive and see the car. The agents were very diligent to get in touch with us to make sure we did not make the drive over in attempts to see the car and be disappointed. They left messages and called until they talked to us to make sure we got the message. To us that showed integrity.

I bought the vehicle at the price advertised and the Ford Focus was exactly as advertised. The Dealer fee was the lowest around, and everything went smoothly. The only con was the finance manager was trying very hard to sell me a maintenance plan which I didn't buy.

Amazing! Drove off in my dream car (brand new 2016 Mustang). Sales rep, Laurie Hewitt is superb and a great professional. The financial department also works hard to meet your price expectations.

I just made my first car purchase with this dealer and overall had a great experience. That being said I was a little intimidated going into the dealership but Bill made the whole process enjoyable. He was eager to answer any questions I had about the truck I was checking out, was willing to work with me, and was not too pushy. Now I am a proud owner of a 2015 ford f150 pickup. They were very laid back and easy to deal with. No pressure at all. Bought a used 2010 truck and it was in perfect condition. Got a great deal on it and was very happy with my experience here.

We found a SUV we wanted at Rountree Moore Ford, but it was sold by the time we called. We later found another vehicle. It was at the Toyota dealership, but we continued working with the same people at the Ford dealership. They have the car brought over and we purchased it. They were great to deal with. No pressure. We felt that they checked the vehicle out thoroughly. They would not let us take the car until they replaced a tire because they found a plug in it. I was OK with the tire, but they insisted. Made buying our car easy. Got a great deal. We live in Jax, but well worth the trip to Lake City.
