I personally didn’t have a great experience, they got aggressive when I tried negotiating and most e-mail responses were short, displaying a lack of care and effort, despite my willingness and seriousness in buying. All in all rubbed me the wrong way.

Me and my wife had a great experience at Round Rock Nissan. Justin and Rene both were very helpful and patient with us. Very military friendly and I was able to complete mostly everything online due to me being deployed and my wife handled all the hands on stuff. Everything was great and we really appreciate you all. Our salesperson was Justin Chavez. He was great! Super nice married father of 3 children. I would whole-heartedly recommend him to any of my family or friends. He was patient, listened to our needs, and helped us get the vehicle we wanted. I would have given the dealership 5 stars if the experience had ended there. But the finance guy got all pissy when we wouldn't take the additional car warranty and other add-ons. He kept trying to SNEAK things into the finance agreement. I caught it each time and he would have to reprint it with pissed off look on his face. I wasn't rude and was very apologetic because I know these guys make commissions off of the add-ons and I wasn't being a cheapskate. I just didn't want the coverage as I wasn't upside down in the vehicle and have enough in savings to cover any major mechanical issues that might not be covered under the warranty. He stopped talking to us and basically rushed us out of his office. I felt it was very rude and unprofessional.

Dealership showed a paper with a total of $16K after payments, no interest rate shown. I didn't know the price of monthly payments was defined and measured by a percentage rate, I just looked at the monthly payments and asked if they would total $16K by the end; the guy said yes. I walked away with different papers than this original one, looked at them a few days later because multiple people said my payments were really expensive. The stack of papers showed a total of $28K and 22.81% interest rate. Apparently the only reason it was so high is because a false charge brought my credit score down. Someone working for the finance company for the car said I should have gotten a 5%. Nobody at the dealership said anything about the interest rate or my credit score in store. They knew I was there in an altered state (dissociation) and out of desperation. Also, they still haven't replaced the windshield and the battery is weak, but the manager took no responsibility for fixing this problem.

When you have to ask the dealer over and over what the total price is out the door by sayin are you charging any extra fee's as in markup's and they keep avoiding the question, other than come on in, that when you you find another dealer that's honest !!

Buying the car was a positive experience. The sales rep delivered the car to me in the San Antonio area on his day off. My only negative is that I am still waiting to get copies of all the paperwork from the sale. I asked the day the car was delivered and emailed a couple of days later to check on the status of getting the paperwork. I haven’t had a response yet.

Email the used car manager to let him know what time I will be there to test drive the Armada. Get to the dealership he tells me he just saw my email and will get a salesperson to help me. Salesperson takes down basic contact information goes to get the keys for the Armada. Comes back tells me another salesperson has the keys he will check with salesperson and get them. Comes back and tells me the Armada has sold and that's why salesperson had the keys. Used car Manager gives me a fake apology for me driving an hour to get to his dealership. Says hey that's the car business. No, that's the car business when your manager is incompetent!!

We went to this vehicle and it what we were looking for. The salesman went to find keys for a car we were interested in and after several minutes never returned. We texted him and never got an answer. We ask him to call us on the car if he found the key and even told him another car we would like to know about. Never heard back. The internet manager was made aware when I get a follow up email and then another person started sending emails. Very frustrating experience.

Customer service was fine, just the dealership is not flexible with pricing. No negotiation possible. Price a little high even though of low miles. Overall car was in good driving condition.

We never made it up to RR, having finished our car buying earlier than expected, but a couple of managers reached out right away with updates about the cars we had saved. I appreciated that!

Terrible customer service and response rate. No communication and played me against another person to get them to pay more. Then never told me that it was sold out from underneath me. Not happy. Do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I really enjoyed my experience of buying a car through this dealership. They responded almost immediately and everything was accurate when it came to the listing about the car. Furthermore, the dealership looked very professional and everyone was very friendly, which really helped considering it was my first car and I was pretty anxious. After some initial concerns and a bad review, the used car sales manager Troy was willing to repair some paint damage on my CPO vehicle. He didn't have to do it and I appreciate the effort to cultivate customer satisfaction and loyalty. The effort he is taking shows that they have customer satisfaction in highest priority. Thanks

Had a really great experience. All the salespersons I worked with really wanted to put me in a new car. Cash and Justin worked together to help me out and get me the price point I really needed. Once they said they weren’t commission based I really felt I could trust them with the whole experience. Definitely recommend this dealership.

I made an appt to test drive the car but the salesman didn't show up. His buddy tried to reach him and finally did about 45 minutes later. He said he could take me on a test drive but by then I was already engaged in a very informative conversation with a salesman in training. This man was up front about the fact that he wasn't yet able to sell me a car and that was fine with me because I was only there to learn and test the car. When I went to find the other guy for a test drive he couldn't be found. I asked another salesperson to help me. He gave me the key but would not accompany me on the test drive so as not to infringe on the other salesman's lead. So I drove around by myself, not knowing anything about how to use the features of this model. It made a scary whining sound and the airbag light was turned on. By far the worst experience I've ever had, especially given that I drove 60 miles in traffic to get there. A one star experience that would be zero but for the courtesy of the salesman in training.

I didn't purchase this car, but bought a pre-owned Altima. Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also met Khan for he financial end of my purchase and he was awesome too. I would definitely recommend Round Rock Nissan to anyone!

Disappointed! We were told we would get a certain amount of gas put in the vehicle upon purchase and the vehicle would get detailed again. After closing we walked out to find the vehicle freshly washed however the inside was a different story. There was dog hair and an unknown matter between the seats, gum stuck to the front seatbelt, gum in the center console, a footprint in the middle of the back seat and the back of each seat was dirty. Due to time constraints and displeasure we didn't feel We purchased a ford from this dealership so maybe Nissan customers get treated differently.

The mileage of the car, I thought was the one that was listed online, was twice what was listed. I was given a lame excuse for the difference. I did not even do a test drive, as the mileage was a major factor in my choice. Wanted to say this was terrible but did not want to go that far.

I tried to contact the dealership at least 4 times online. No response. Bad service & no follow-thru so far. They haven't emailed me any of the information that I requested. not happy with the service so far. They finally called me on 10/12/13 only to leave a message that they no longer have the car.
