The initial salesmen i was paired with was very nice and easy to deal with but after i gave them all my info and a deposit on the truck to be held until i could make the 7 hour round trip to get it later in the week, i began to get BOMBARDED and basically harassed by at least five different people from the dealership by phone and text, multiple times a day about when i was coming etc. The final straw was receiving a phone call at 8am by yet another person being brought in on the deal, i finally had enough and told them if they bothered me one more time about it I would cancel the deposit. Sure enough not even three hours after being called at 8am i got yet another call from yet another person at the dealership wondering the status of pickup etc so I requested my deposit back and I’ll never do business with them again nor will i recommend them to anyone. Never have I ever been harassed like that by a dealership.

The dealer got in touch with me right away however, I didn't go there for about two weeks. Then contacted them about atest drive. The vehicle was just as advertised. I test drove & bought this vehicle. The people at Rossi were all very nice & helpful.
I would definitely recommend this dealer.

Great experience
Very poor. They refused to do business with the lenders through Car Guru. I will never bring my business to a Rossi dealership. I ended up making a cash offer and that was turned down as well. Horrible experience and wasted my time.

If I can give them a zero star I would they let me test drive a car that has not even gone to service how do you know if the car is safe to drive I wasn’t aware of that at all the sales person told me if you like to car you can drive it home that day and we can work out a deal well you can work a deal out because it hasn’t even went through service and then they tried to sell me the car as as is without Fixing one thing that’s why you buy it from a dealership you pay a little bit more money so do you know the vehicle is safe to drive I would Not recommend this dealership that’s just my opinion

I was very disappointed of my experience at this dealership. First the price changed after I contacted them . They told me someone was coming in the next day to do the paperwork, I told them to contact me if it fell through . A week later I get an e-mail from the dealership ( computer) of inventory, and I see the same truck . I call and they confirm truck is still available and I ask for an out the door price . They say they will get back to me in an hour ..no response..I call again 3 days in a row and and got a run around .. and then get a text the truck was sold ..Not impressed..

They lie! Made an appointment to look at a vehicle, but when I got there was told the vehicle was sold the day before. I Would not reccomend this dealership.

During this of uncertainty where we all are uneasy. The team at Rossi made out transactions worry free. They are well equip for making their customer service the best they can be. We passed on a 5 minute 1 mile trip to travel 156 miles because of their team. 5 ⭐️ For their team.

Tyler was my salesman and he is fantastic, genuinely interested in needs and because he is a former technician he actually know about what he speaks.
Great staff friendly, bought me lunch twice while I was there for separate visits. Had issue with a frozen caliper so they had me bring the truck back in and fixed immediately with the best parts available at no additional charge.
