By far the worst car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We drove two hours because they assured us of a price on the vehicle. After a helpful test drive, they began playing all sorts of shady games of additional things to buy for the car and then--when we declined all of these--they would not honor the promised price for the vehicle. We felt betrayed, manipulated, and lied to. I would never consider buying a vehicle from this dealership, even if they offered to give it to me, they were that disreputable. My recommendation: stay far, far away from Roseville Kia!

Unprofessional takes customers as a joke tried offering me a 2017 Tahoe with 94k miles on it for $29k when I told them multiple times my I’m only looking g for a Durango I asked for pictures and info on it nothing provided

How do you take the price offered for a used 4 year old car (15500) and turn it into a price that is thousands over the price of a new car (23,250) for the exact same model? Find out by going to Roseville Kia. Absolutely the most insulting dealership I have ever been to. Went to the dealership on Tuesday looking for the car that was posted online at Cargurus. It wasn't there got a story of it being sold. OK fine no problem. Got an email later that day asking if I was still interested in the vehicle (2021 Kia Souls with 56k mile CPO for 15500. I said I was, and made arrangements to meet the next day at 10. He never showed up I got dumped on by a new guy Nikkita and was given the low low price of only 23250 to purchase the 15k car. I said goodby and his freaking manager came out and literally followed me out the door still trying to push this BS price. I have no time for this nonsense and will never do business nor will my union brothers do business there. That same car NEW was 19250.

Very unprofessional experience. They lied to me about what they could offer me. Then they ran my credit over and over even though I didn't give them authorization to do so. They don't really take proper care of their potential customers.

What happened to me is the salesman gave me a price, even writing up a contract with that price then told me he should have put a 2 where the zero was making it $2,000 more, which is a significant amount. That deal went no where.

They replied to me. I was emailing them back and for until I had time to go see the vehicle. They knew I was coming there, but when I got there they told me that they sent back the vehicle. The guy was like I thought I emailed you that. I wouldn’t have drove all the way to Roseville from south sacramento if I’ve known that. He wanted to fill out the document to run my credit right when I entered the lobby. I’m not stupid! Not returning to this place.
