The dealer contacted me regarding my inquiry about the car I was interested in. The sales person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful.
The dealership had decided to wholesale the car instead of selling it on their lot, so we weren't able to make a deal on that one, but I was left
with a very positive impression of their dealership.
I purchased another Honda Pilot with only 65,000 miles. My car salesman, Nick Lamon was awesome. The process was fast and smooth.
All Star Honda contacted me within 15 minutes of me expressing interest in the vehicle. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The condition of the car was as listed. The car was clean and ready for me to take home.I absolutely recommend All Star to anyone in search of a new vehicle and ask for Nick Lamon in Greenfield, WI.

One of my worst car shopping experiences for a Honda. Was there 9/18/21 about 1:20pm and waited a long time for a rep to appear even though there was only two other customers there. Looked over some Civics and asked for a test drive on two of them; rep left to get the keys and never came back out of the building. I give All Star Honda a 1 ⭐

I was in the process of purchasing a car from All-Star Honda. The sales
manager failed to secure the deal and the car was sold out from under me.

The sales people were not pressured at all and were extremely helpful in
getting all the information and were very knowledgeably of there products.
There response was within the 1/2 hour
From my very first interaction with the dealership via CarGurus,
everyone along the way performed up to and beyond my expectations.
During my search for a used Prius V I contacted several dealerships
inquiring about vehicles availability and questions about details not listed
in ad. I never hear back from some dealerships. One dealership sent me
multiple cryptic follow-up texts about every hour that eventually felt like
hounding. (I blocked them.)
Aerial Thompson at All-Star in internet department was quick to
respond to my first inquiry and to confirm availability. She confirmed
promptly again when I told her I was on my way to the dealership, to
Greenfield from New Glarus, driving about 80 miles. When I arrived at
dealership, salesperson Chris Williams knew my name and exactly why I
was coming to visit.
After test driving and a little negotiating with the sales manager about
detailing and moving my tires/rim from my older vehicle to their used car I
was interested in, we shook hands on a deal. I got a fair price for my
trade-in (2012 Prius V) that had just over 250,000 miles. I thought the
negotiating was handled very professionally and the team was very
proactive in explaining trim packages between the two cars.
Chris Williams smoothly completed the transaction. Very friendly,
human approach.
Service department did a great job detailing the vehicle I purchased
and eliminating a lingering cigarette smell as promised.
Great job by the whole team. Highlight: I liked the fact that the sales
manager interacted with me directly instead of the salesperson running
back and forth like some dealerships...like sales manager is Wizard of Oz
behind the curtain. I liked the very transparent approach and the firm hand
shakes that actually meant something.

Rachel Fude was great. 5+ stars for Rachel!!! Will go back to her. Management not as good, loaded cost on deal without my approval or discussion. Great sales staff and good dealer, but needs better management and an owner who cares about having a great dealership.
Needs attention to detail from owner and a management team that is committed to having things perfect for customers.
1. Have cars fully ready before showing.
2. Start with the agreed price, don't increase price after agreement.
3. Inspect cars before bringing them up for inspection. Including battery, tired, and electronics.
4. Don't add anything to price unless you have an agreement to do so with the customer BEFORE you bring out a bill of sale with over $6,000 in added costs.

I did purchase a pre-certified 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L from the All-Star dealership.
The dealership was quickly responsive.
The salesman, Jeffrey, listened intently and knew exactly what I was saying. I was treated more than fairly.
I felt no pressure for upsells at all and the process was very easy.

Friendly people at the dealership, good pricing (offered more on the trade-in than other dealerships). Also, more hassle free pricing than 3 other dealerships I visited to look at the same vehicle.

I walked in the door with 13K in hand to put down, and a great credit score. Wanted a full tank of gas with the purchase of the Honda Pilot I was buying for 26K. You think they could've done that? nope.... I got 1/8th of a tank of gas in the vehicle. You think the manager would sacrifice any of his time to talk to me? ...nope. Not unless I was signing papers. When I did eventually get back there with the business Manager Terry he talked down to me, wouldn't answer any of my questions regarding the loan and straight out told me that his time was more important than answering a customers questions.... I emailed the Owner....Do you think he ever responded? ..NOPE........Pretty Sure He had something against me because I was a young single woman walking in the door, or at least it felt that way. I wouldn't recommend Boyland to ANYONE!!!..

Car was not as described !! Traveled 225 miles with guarantee
car was inspected and passed with flying colors. Wrong - car
was garbage. Do not trust dealerships word like I did. Was not
'cream puff' as internet salesman said.
This such practice is called 'bait & switch'.. will be reporting to
BBB. Pictures can be very deceiving and sure were
'BEWARE'
