My wife and I purchased the 2015 Expedition Ltd we viewed on line. It was as described and the dealer contacted us immediately. It was a Saturday morning and the vehicle was in for detailing so pictures were not yet available. Jacob the GM walked the vehicle in the shop and gave us all the condition specifics over the phone. We drove out that afternoon they greeted us outside and had the vehicle detail completed and ready for our inspection and test drive. Mike the salesperson took good care of us and helped get it into our budget, value our trade, arrange the financing and optional extended warranty packages. There was no hassle or pressure and it was a quick efficient process that focused on building a long term relationship and follow up service. We would highly recommend Ronnie Watkins Ford for sales and or service. We now have a 2013 F350 Lariat and a 2015 Expedition Ltd. Ronnie Watkins will be performing all our future service and we will definitely return to them in a few years before retirement for trade on newer vehicles.

Quoted a price on Friday, we were traveling to Gadsden which is approx 100 miles from our home on Saturday and salesman called back and changed quoted price - raising the price almost $1,500. Needless to say we went to Lynn Layton Chevrolet and purchased a 2015 Silverado..
