I found a nice looking vehicle on their website. I made an appointment to look at the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I went to the dealership which is about an hour and a half away. They told me the vehicle I was there to check out was already sold to a wholesaler and that it had some problems. So basically they wasted my time. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone

I had a great experience with Whiteman Chevrolet!! Bob Marcellus was my salesman and he was a pleasure to work with. He and the whole finance department worked with me to get me the best deal possible. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Horrible experience. They gave me a trade in price and deal in writing. While I was on my way to close deal they decided they wanted three times more than originally put in writing. I got the manager involved he did nothing to honor. I would never do business or recommend this dealer. I will tell people to stay away

Crooks, worst ever, tried to tell me my car was worth 4k less than FMV and then tried to tell me KBB was 3k less than it really was... I did my homework and brought the printouts with me. When I wouldn't accept their deception the sales man became sarcastic and unwilling to work with me. And yes, I'm a woman who went in alone but prepared with information.

spoke on phone, stopped to the dealership and test drove Tahoe. all went well. Tahoe was just a little too big for what I was looking for. Nice dealership and no pressure salesman. I have dealt with this dealership before and will again in the future

As I am a Canadian buyer, the manager was unfamiliar with the vehicle's transfer regulations to a non-resident of the state of New York. Even if I have provided him with all the steps to follow he is not comfortable to conclude the transaction.

Great follow up I was to late the price was so good someone else got to it before me. Even though the car I wanted was sold they still offered to help. That shows real class and excellent customer service maybe Fuccillo in Amsterdam could learn from them.

traveled 2 hours to look at this 2011 Equinox, asked to get the bottom dollar they would take for the vehicle and to verify that it was flat towable. They said they wouldn't need any money yet but 3 days later the salesman finally called me back only to say that the car had been sold by another salesman. Absolutely no communication in that dealership. Stay away form them
