Dealership was quick in getting back to me. When I called I was informed that the car was not available to be sold pending repairs. I just thought posting a car that wasn't available was inappropriate.

Salesman contacted me within a half hour to let me know the car was still available. I made an appointment to test drive the car. They were positive and welcoming. Never asked for money down or pressured me in any way like I have experienced in past years with other dealers. The "I need a deposit to hold the car". They had my car ready within a few days. I would definitely consider buying another car from them.

Rome Pre-Owned sold the car out from under us... We had an agreed price had gotten insurance arranged and was going down the next day and they emailed us and told us they sold it. BEWARE WOULD NOT TRUST THEM NO INTEGRITY!!!

Rome pre-owned is great place to buy used car they got many ways to get acar you like, i just bought car from them and matt was my salesmen this guy is really professional but i got one problem car was 8300 but he just added 250 that wasn't really good.

I had an appointment and once I got there he said that it was sold. He didn't contact me to let me know. I drove 45 minutes to see it. Wasn't happy.

Jesse was terrific at following up, providing information, and helping us. Due to an error on the Car Gurus website that lead us to believe hours were till 7 pm, we arrived at the dealership just a bit before they were closing. Jesse was still gracious, stayed past closing to help us. When the bank dragged its feet getting paperwork done, Jesse & crew stayed on top of things, communicated clearly. We were so pleased with the straight forward, no- pressure, cheerful approach. We would definitely buy from Rome PreOwned again. Thanks, Jesse!

Salesman was friendly and knew his stuff. My husband and I were looking for a truck for me. The salesman talked to me when I asked a question, which was great! Sometimes, other salesman only talk to the man. Bad idea. We were very pleased with all the details and are picking up my new used truck on Monday!

The dealer did call me and asked me to fill out I line app, which I did, didn't hear from him after a week, I emailed him again asking it he received it, which I know he did because I got an email confirmation, still no response..a simple yes or no would have been nice, instead of being totally ignored, that's not good customer service!
