Enroute to a brief trip to the Jersey shore, I test drove the vehicle around the block. At 25 mph all seemed good: attractive equinox, smooth ride, dashboard familiar since I drove a Cruze 2-4 years ago. I still haven’t found my title and don’t known if it makes sense to spend much on the same year car, different make & model considering the 110,000 mileage and my 48,300 miles. Pleasant experience meeting the Rolls people. Maybe I should look further here, even consider a newer equinox… reconsider buying around mid to late September.

My overall experience was fantastic, a solid 10 out of 10! While the sales team was a bit pushy, I didn't mind because they ensured the vehicle was in tip-top condition and even secured a better finance deal than my pre-approval.

Was going to buy this car but they attempted to change the price on me. They tried to sell this car for $24k instead of $21K. When asked about the price change, a representative proceeded to lecture me about how it's normal for dealerships to advertise one price and then change the price when you attempt to buy. And, no, not talking about taxes, transfer fees, etc. Not everyone is stupid. Motion denied.

Great experience working with Lory via phone, very sweet and personable! She connected me with Turtle and he was also very informative regarding any additional fees so I could have my financing in order before I came to the dealership. I flew in from NC to pick up the vehicle and was met with hospitality and a seamless process. Thank you guys for the experience! I love my new vehicle!

Buyers Beware!!! Dealership jacks the online prices up by $2000. Advertised prices assume everyone will be putting $2000 down (not included in advertised pricing) even when paying cash. Salesperson blamed Cargurus, said they couldn't fit disclaimer in their ad. One would think adding $2000 to every vehicle would be one of the first thing mentioned in whatever ad space was allotted or Rolls Auto could just be honest and post the ACTUAL price of the vehicles.

I talked with Sebastian on the phone that I was interested in the car and would come during the weekend to test drive the car. The listing price on the car was 37500. As soon as I hang up within minutes they jacked up the price. I have doubt that when I go for the testdrice they will not honour the web price.

I'm sorry to see a 1 star review. We use a pricing tool and adjust our prices according to the availability in the market. Even at $38500.00 this car is still a great deal based on cargurus. However if when we spoke the car was advertised at $37500 we will absolutely honor that price for you.

I was pleased with the car buying experience from the first phone call to the day after repair. I fell in lo e with a 2014 Cadillac ATS 2.0 Turbo Performance. I noticed a ding in the windshield, like a stone had hit it. They knocked $500 of the already great price and promised to fix it the next day, so I closed the deal and drove it home. As promised, a glass specialist came out the next day to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised when he put in a new windshield. I have bought many cars over the years, and this was undoubtedly the best experience I ever had.

I was interested in this car until they would not sale the car at the listed price. They want 2k more. I screen shot the listed price of car and emailed it to them and got a reply, saying sorry they could not honor that price as listed. I was willing to drive more than 200 miles away from my house to buy it.

Very responsive and nice but didn’t purchase due to a pricing issue, the price they advertised on CarGurus wasn’t the actual asking price. They said a 2k down payment was factored in and it felt dirty so I decided not to move forward.

Emailed Steve with a inquiry about purchasing a car...no response Emailed general inquiry again no response. However when I messaged through Car Gurus I very quickly received a reply from Kirsten. She was very responsive and helpful. They do not deliver. I offered to pay for the delivery and still no go. I am approximately 95 miles away from Rolls Auto so I appreciate that they don't want to do it. However there are other reviews on here from people stating they made the trip to them only to find the car they were going to purchase had been sold. Another review arranged for their own delivery and the vehicle didn't meet their expectations. Wasn't able to work out a purchase.

Well, I guess we get what we get for buying sight unseen. Turtle did a vehicle video for us. Everything seemed fine so we went ahead and put down money for the vehicle. Communication was touch and go at best before we did that. After the payment was down we heard from them more often. A few days later we had the papers delivered so the car was ours. Shipping was on us, Rolls Auto Sales does not ship vehicles. Car finally arrives and there’s more dings than we were aware of. I put the car in reverse and low and behold a sensor fault pops up (reached out 5 times), drove home and started looking at it. Things didn’t seem quite right with the car, all the stickers had be removed, which was odd since the Rolls Auto sticker was still there. My husband looked at the back of the car and there was a leftover residue where the “Limited” badge should be, and it said XLT. The tail gate was from a different car. Took it to a local Ford dealer come to find out the vehicle had been in an accident.

Excellent. They have a dedicated internet sales person. She contacted me immediately through text and email. sent me all the information I requested even though the car was not ready to go up on the web. Kept me updated all time. Let me know who my sales person was going to be when I made the appointment to test drive. The salesman was very courteous, easy to deal with, no pressure. I had several questions and requests and he always said whatever suit you best. Great experience.

My experience was fine until I saw the vehicle. I assumed the vehicle would look like it did in the picture that is posted. Very clean inside and out. Now I didn't expect the outside to look clean as the picture cause the vehicle stays parked outside. Rain and other conditions will leave it dirty. But there was no excuse for the condition of the inside of this vehicle. Soon as I opened the door I saw a Wawa coffee cup, empty cigarette carton and ashes inside the front of the vehicle. All the foor mats and other items were tossed in the back. And the worse part was a strong odor of cigarette smoking. Probably in the carpet and leather seating. I'm not a smoker so my nose is very sensitive. This makes me hesitant about this vehicle because cigarette smoke is EXTREMEMLY difficult to get out of upholstery and carpet. I wish the salesman would have just asked me to come back to drive it after they cleaned it up first.

The car was priced right and the purchase was stress free. I only wished that they would have done some minor maintenance before I purchased the car. I had to do an oil change on the car right when I got home.

Turtle was nice however the dealership refused to bring the car up to standard sale quality no oil change, bald tires, and poor wheel alignment. The dealer offered to put used tires on the car after I placed several calls to the dealership asking if they would bring it up to standard. I was told it was being sold as is however there was a certified and warranty sticker on the window very misleading. I advised them that I was not paying $10000 for a car and then leave there and have to take it to the dealer to get serviced to be drivable.

When we arrived at 9:30 we were not greeted by anyone and had to find Mike who contacted me. Mike was great but knew very little as he was a new hire. The car we came to look at was filthy and not ready to be shown. On a test ride the car was not up to par. We did, however, find a car on our own that we did purchase It took forever to receive the paperwork in fact we were there for a total of 5 hours and when we left there was still paperwork (car registration for out of state car) did not receive until 2 days later. Not a good experience.

They had nice vehicles but don’t really wanna negotiate. They list the cars for more than they are worth just to negotiate for the price they want. They will not compromise

I was contacted the same day of my inquiry, which I considered fast, and the salesman was friendly and attentive to my concerns. Great customer service and lots of inventory to choose from! Definitely would recommend to friends and family!

I did receive a call back from the dealer several days after my inquiry. Before that I called the dealership to get a price. I was very happy with the price and made a day to purchase the truck. Then received a call from Rolls Auto and the price of the truck was $5000 difference. Deal breaker.

Terrible. They dont post prices at all. When you call they wont give you a price on a vehicle, they ask you what are you looking to spend.

Car was not nearly as clean as he described it to me on the phone. Was also waaayyyy overpriced. Original Listing did not have a price, I got the impression they wanted to start high and negotiate if I didn't want to pay the inflated price, I was not in the mood to play that game.
