Salesman was well informed about the vehicles I inquired about. These transaction was fairly smooth, with no major issues. The dealership worked with me on pricing, and it was a good deal for both of us. The only negative, which is common to all vehicle transactions, it takes to long to complete everything. I wish this process was more time efficient. Other than than it was a good experience.

We purchased this vehicle from them for the list price . It has been a rental car in Canada . 39,000 miles on a 2017 Yukon XL September 23 drove it some 150 highway miles back home that night .... 2 days later the steering started making clicking noises and then the steering wasn’t working . Hard to turn hard to return to straight ...we took it straight to the local GMC dealership ... next thing you know.. the local GMC dealership says $2400 for a new steering rack ... we aren’t sure how This will turn out yet as we are just figuring out what to do . No one likes to get jacked around on such a large purchase . We are thinking it has much more abuse to it than just this . Waiting to find out .

The people I worked with seemed very honest and were willing to work with me from afar to do a preliminary inspection of the vehicle and arrive at a price.
When I flew out to see it in person there were no surprises, it was as they’d shown and described and they honored the agreed upon price. I wish all dealerships were like this. Thanks Jake!

Internet Sales Dept. did contact me, but still have not responded with some of my requested information concerning the vehicle. The vehicle is also being advertised as a Platinum edition and is actually a Lariat.

I worked with, Kortni Selby, was friendly, knowledgeable, and more than
helpful. The deal was done over the phone and internet in less than 2
hours. Very professional. Would highly recommend this dealer.

I told them i come through there Lewiston ID location on Saturday's for work and for some reason the set it up as a appointment for a sales person. I told them if i had time i'd stop and look at the truck not give them a reason to set a appointment.
